Owner's Response: Deze mensen hebben gebroken de suite tap, ze hadden niet de eerlijkheid om het nog zeggen, maar die eigenlijk geprobeerd om het te verbergen en als ik was weg op een bussines reizen ze blijven vragen om de borg terug, ik weet echt niet deze mensen aanraden helemaal. This family are higly not recomended, not only they hiden the fact that they broke the on suite bathroom tap, but as I was away on a business travel they kept calling all the time to ask for the deposit, I did tell them I had to go back and check the property which did not made them very happy. Now they complain that they have not ahd the security deposit back.

Great apartment!

Apartment is clean and nicely decorated, really good size. Juan has been very helpfull and checked us in around 13.00pm instead of 16.00.

Apartment is located just 3 min walk from small beach and 10 min walk to larger beach. Restaurants are just behind the corner! Apartment itself has everything what you need on your holiday (even dishwasher and juicer). We can highly recommend this property.

Absolutly incredible.

The flat is amazing on the pictures, however once there is even more beautiful. The peace of where is located and so convinient I absolutly loved our stay there.

Fabulous Apartment and Great Location

We have spent many holidays in Mallorca and this apartment is by far the best we have stayed in. For Spanish standards this apartment has been furnished to a high quality and was very comfortable, which is very important considering we spent over 2 weeks here. The apartment consists of two good size bedrooms (both with aircon) and two separate bathrooms so is absolutely perfect for 4 adults with plenty of space to move around. The bedrooms are situated at the back of the apartment away from the main road, which ensured a nice quite peaceful sleep. Kitchen / lounge area is situated at the front of the apartment and opens up onto a large balcony with outdoor furniture which is perfect for evening meals. There is also another small balcony at the back of the apartment with a laundry area. It's not directly on the beach front, but from the balcony you can get a view to the bay and is only minutes away from bars, restaurants and beach. Parking in the street can get a bit tricky, but most days we managed to get a park outside the apartment. One night we had a problem with a power outage at around 8pm and being so late we certainly didn't expect anyone to be running over to fix it. However, we were really surprised and impressed that Juan arrived at 8am the following morning with the electrician and had it fixed within 10 minutes. Overall it represents excellent value for money and we would certainly recommend this apartment to others. Every establishment always has room for improvement so my only small recommendation would be to supply 2 bath towels per person, check the bed linen actually fits the size of the bed and inspect the overall cleaning of the apartment - otherwise absolutely perfect and thank you Juan.

Perfect location , nice flat

The location of the flat is perfect for beach holidays in Colonia. The city beach is literally 2 minutes away.

The flat is well equiped and has nice furniture. Washing Machine and Dryer are an absolute plus!

Since we were travelling with two little children, Juan provided baby beds and chairs, which was perfect.

Juan was always available for any questions and a really good host.
