Guests are quite literally bathed in the abundance of amazing natural light within the apartment, which provides the most dramatic, almost theatrical viewing platform to the vistas beyond. Enjoy the setting sun from your private balcony, cold drink in hand, whilst gently rocking back and forth on the funky outdoor seating.

Sundowner is a unique holiday property, situated on the prestigious Lower Mill Estate, the UK's first and as far as I am aware, only, residential nature reserve.

The estate is a real haven of peace and tranquillity and in my opinion, the perfect antidote to the stresses + demands of everyday life and forgive me for perhaps being presumptuous, but I do think you are going to absolutely love it!

Thoroughly contemporary in its exterior and interior styling - with 2 x double bedrooms, & a bunk bed room. The living area has some of the best views on the estate, with uninterrupted views across the Spinney Lake and the nature reserve beyond. Sundowner is a really lovely property & represents great value for money.
