Superb waterfront apartment with terrace and great quality.

The Moon apartment is perfect for beach lovers as it is a waterfront property. This superbly located apartment has a large terrace facing the sea to enjoy the breeze of the Mediterranean or to enjoy a wonderful dinner overlooking the bay. It is close to all the local amenities and facilities: such as restaurants, cafes, discos, pharmacy, supermarket, car and bicycle hire. Nice night life area. There is a bus to the center of Palma every 5 minutes.

Featured with 4 bedrooms for 8 guests, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. As well as other appliances: such as free WIFI, TV, DVD, and all you need for your comfort.

A lovely spot for families and friends!

Boligen lever ikke op til billederne på hjemmesiden og udlejningsfirmaet er ikke samarbejdsvillige.

Vi ankom lørdag til en bolig, hvor der i halvdelen af rummene ikke var fungerende lamper (hvordan man rengører er rum uden lys er stadig et mysterium), intet tv (det var en computerskærm uden strømstik), gamle og nussede håndklæder, ingen hynder på altanens stole og meget dårligt fungerende wifi (nærmest ikke-eksisterende).

Onsdag kom firmaet med et nyt tv.

Et af soveværelserne har vindue ud til vaskerummet og temperaturen blev ulidelig om natten. I lejligheden var der to elektriske vifter, som dog var meget trætte. Fire ud af otte senge var enormt dårlige at sove på.

Opvaskemaskinen lækkede vand når den kørte og der var myrer i køkkenet.

Udsigten var perfekt, men der er meget larm om natten.

The amount in high season (01/05 – 31/10) from 0 to 9 days, is 1€ for person/ day. From 9 to 30 days 0,50€ per person/ day.
The amount in low season (01/11 – 30/04) from 0 to 9 days is 0,50€ for person / day. From 9 to 30 days 0,25€ per person/ day.

Final cleaning not included: 10€ per person (60€ minimum)
