Bright village house of 142m² redone by an architect and designer spaces, located 200 meters from the canal du midi and the tourist office, in a quiet dead end. Let yourself be charmed by its old local stone walls filled with history, and the contemporary treatment of the house that will offer you all the comforts of your stay (reversible air conditioning, heated relaxation pool, 2 landscaped courtyards, 1 terrace, equipped kitchen...).

In high and medium season, on the banks of the canal 200m, you will have at your disposal restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, shops, art galleries, bookstore, etc ... (out of season: 1 coffee restaurant)

 The many things to see and do in the region (Cathar castles, wine route, beautiful villages, unspoiled nature, cultural activities, sports activities ...) will satisfy all tastes!

Estelle always knew Le Somail ; Jack fell in love at the first sight with Le Somail (as with Estelle) ;-D

What makes this house unique

A large patio (with a charming pool) and 2 terraces will waiting for you, one in front of the house will give you sweet heat in fresh mornings, and the other one, in the back of the house, will offer you welcomed shadow when hot sun is shining.

The big living room is ideal to rest, and the big modern kitchen to test local food recipes

Of course, all rooms are climatized (A/C)

In the 3 bedrooms, king size high quality beds (180x200)(5,9x6,6 ft) will give you good sleep. King size beds can be separated into 2 beds if you want, just tell us and your beds wil be ready when you arrive :)

People tells us "it's astonishing, we feel instantly good here" (no real surprise actually, it's just Jack and his laying out design talent, but shh let's keep the magic :)

great house in a quite beautiful location.

Car: recommended

At 200meters: tourist office, restaurants, cafes, grocery (in a houseboat!), art galleries, shops, artisanal ice cream ...

You are at the foot of the entertainment, without their nuisance in your quiet impasse.

15 minutes from the Roman city of Narbonne (cathedral, museums ...) and 30 minutes from the city of Carcassonne, you are surrounded by Cathar castles, the most beautiful villages of France (Minerve, Lagrasse ...), parks leisure and animal (African reserve Sigean ..., walks and hikes (La Clape Reserve, Park Haut Languedoc ...)

And even a free fall simulator, and parachute jump 15min from the cottage :)
