With a little garden, Even small dogs are welcome. We offer a BBQ and beach material for your pleasure. New beds, linen and towels are at your disposal. Plenty of storage, convertible sofa, small bathroom on ground floor. In July, August and September: cherry-tomatoes, basil and herbs Povence: please, help yourself!

Please note; this is a private villa, not a lodging house, you get the whole villa. You get three bedrooms contents, each one with keys icts own contents, each room with icts own bathroom and toilet.

Steep stairs lead to furnace room. Which we recommend for children over seven years old.

You are Easily reliable access to the hand roads to visit the islands of Lerins, and the wonderful Roman ruins. Also you are close to the old town of Mougins, the perfumaries of Grasse and the craftsmen of St Paul de Vence. Every Monday is the ancient famous market nearby. More you are near the port, Where you can take a boat to Monaco, Ville Franche, Nice, Antibes and St Tropez.

Situated at the end of a dead-end street, the villa is in a quiet, residential area, with limited foot traffic pedestrians.

Two car-parks, one is free, the other is a secured one, and the area is peaceful. Nice airport is 30 mins drive, SNCF railway station is 6 min walk, and the bus stop to the airport is a 5 min walk.

Wonderful house, wonderful location, great landlord

The landlord/property owner is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure that his accommodation is very clean, inviting and ready to be enjoyed. Amenities including kitchen-ware, bath towels and sheets were on-hand and neatly presented. The air-conditioning system works very well to keep the house comfortable, even on very hot days. WIFI is strong throughout. The grill and outdoor garden with gazebo style eating area were great to enjoy during the evening hours. Beds were comfortable and clean while every bedroom includes a full bathroom, which is very convenient, especially for families. The built-in closet and hanger space helped create a comfortable bedroom and keep personal items organized. Flat screen televisions in bedrooms and kitchen are added bonuses.

Location of the house is great: easy walks to the Marche Forville, old town, beaches, train station, Cannes Film Festival, etc.

If we are back in Cannes, we will definitely be in contact with the property owner for another stay.
