In front of the residence, pass the little train of Bormes which will bring you on the other beaches of lavandou or Lavandou town center.
The bike path and the coastal path will allow you to enjoy beautiful walks by the sea.
And if you want to go to St Tropez, it will take you 30 minutes by car.
