In the beautiful private domain of Mas de Guerrevieille, located in the town of Grimaud between Beauvallon and Sainte Maxime. Right in front of Saint Tropez.
We offer you a beautiful villa completely renovated on a plot of 50 ares with private pool.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, 12 beds and 5 bathrooms.
In the rental, you receive access to a private beach and its private restaurant located a 7-minute walk from the villa.
The rental of the villa gives you free access to two tennis courts and the club house of the domain, including an open-air restaurant and a large swimming pool for swimming laps with a magnificent view of the sea and Saint Tropez.
In low season, the villa can be rented with 4 bedrooms only. The possibility of renting the villa with 5 large bedrooms, 5 bathrooms will be out of season, on request
The villa offers two beautiful terraces, a very large 40 ares garden and a swimming pool.
The estate also offers bread and newspaper service in the morning.
The house was completely renovated in 2016.

Household linen, sheets and towels are provided for 10 people. A supplement of 28 € per additional person is requested.

Guerrevieille / Sainte Maxime

This was a relatively last minute booking when some of the travel restrictions were lifted and we were not disappointed. The Villa was spacious and easily accommodated our 8 travellers. Communication with Benoit was always clear and prompt and his travel instructions were excellent. The benefits of being on a domaine, the larger communal pool, clubhouse, private beach and restaurant were an added bonus. We hired a boat from Port Grimaud and picked up passengers from the dock at the private beach. Recommended.

War soweit alles ok

Wir waren zu zweit in dem Haus und man hat gemerkt das das Haus für Gruppen ausgelegt ist daher haben wir nicht alle Räume genutzt. Die Ausstattung war dem entsprechend schon etwas abgelebt und nicht sehr hochwertig - aber bei der Zielgruppe hätte ich es nicht anders gemacht. Das Haus ist halt wie in südlichen Ländern oft nicht wie unsere Häuser in Deutschland gebaut. Der Abfluss von einer Dusche hat nur mangelhaft funktioniert, sodass nach einigen Minuten das Bad unter Wasser stand. Normgerechtes Gefälle etc darf man nicht erwarten. Da es jedoch mehrere Bäder gab habe ich dann einfach eine andere Dusche benutzt. Im Bad oben fehlten die Fugen was für den Eigentümer nicht gut ist erste Schimmel Ansätze waren Bereits zu sehen aber das war für uns nicht weiter tragisch. An einem Abend ist der Strom ausgefallen weil eine Sicherung durch den Regen immer raus flog aber auch das war schnell behoben. Der Ausblick und der Pool haben dafür mehr als entschädigt. Es war alles sauber und es war alles da was man braucht. Ich denke alles in allem für Reisegruppen mit vielen Personen sehr empfehlenswert für kleine Gruppen oder Paare die eine hochwertige Ausstattung wünschen eher weniger aber auch total in Ordnung. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufnthalt genossen.

Très agréable

La maison a une vue incroyable! Elle le terrain très vaste offre une tranquille très appréciée. La piscine est très agréable pour jouer avec des enfants. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Merci à Benoit pour ses informations très clair afin de se rendre dans la maison et s'approprier les lieux rapidement

Excellent

Située dans un domaine privé, cette magnifique propriété se trouve isolée, loin de toute circulation et de passage. C'est vraiment très tranquille, idéal pour se ressourcer. La vue sur la mer est grandiose, à couper le souffle ! La maison est sympa, bien agencée, très agréable et tout confort. Ce fut une très belle découverte pour nous tous et j'y retournerai sans hésiter. Je la recommanderai à mes relations.

Un agréable séjour, malgré...(voir la suite)

Belle et vaste propriété, de nombreuses chambres, un grand terrain et une piscine. Pas réellement isolée, mais on ne voit ni on n'entend les voisins; impression d'être seuls. Meublée et décorée avec goût et bien équipée en vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Certaines chambres et SdB sont plus belles et plus récemment rénovées que d'autres. Possibilité de garer 3 ou 4 voitures, mais l'accès et le demi-tour pour ressortir sont un peu difficiles (terrain en forte pente). Explication du "malgré": à notre arrivée il n'y avait pas d'eau et cela a duré 24 heures. Après de nombreux appels téléphoniques au propriétaire et au gestionnaire du réseau, l'eau a été rétablie à 19:00 le deuxième jour. Le propriétaire nous a gracieusement remboursé une nuitée sur les six du séjour. Les échanges, qui furent assez nombreux, sont toujours restés courtois et agréables malgré pas mal de stress (10 personnes dont trois enfants sans eau, c'est un peu difficile). Bref une propriété tout a fait recommandable.
