We welcome our guests in our large luxury apartment which can accommodate up to 6 people (renovated very recently with noble materials) and very open to the outside even if there is no balcony. The view has a guaranteed whaou effect because very well placed in St Malo garden down coastal path then the sea; islands and intramural, boats), a live show is offered to you every day. 3 bedrooms for 6 people max, 2 bathrooms (2 showers + 1 bath) / 2 toilets, one separate on each floor. Our apartment is in triplex of 100 m2 (law Carrez) 130 m2 total with a panoramic view on the sea and the beautiful vermilion sunsets. Coastal path and direct access to the beach at the bottom of the house, the city of Aleth and the port close.

This apartment is on the port so you get the comings and goings and show boats, the view is mesmerizing. You can swim on the beach downstairs with a small hut if you want to have a drink in the bottom left in the evening, children can have fun safely while parents watch them from the hut or the apartment. We have picnic equipment if you want to dine on the beach downstairs. Possibility of beach games Tennis or volleyball downstairs.

The Intra Muros corsair city, the ramparts walk and the marina of St Malo are ideally located at 5 minutes walking as well as St Servan and Solidor. The apartment is located in a house of 2 floors (the ground floor is uninhabited so 2 only reside in this house us and a person ua 1st floor). We are located on the top floor, it is private from the 1st floor, it has direct access to the beach and the pedestrian path of low Sablons at the foot of the apartment. The plus side: no road in front of the apartment so no cars at the front of the building, the noise of the sea in benefit. Our apartment is very quiet and enjoys sunshine throughout the day, with 5 windows overlooking Intramural, the islands, the port of Bas Sablon and the Cité D 'Aleth. kitchen living room, 1 laundry room, 1 bedroom with ensuite shower separate toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with loft and bath and shower and toilet. Trendy hippy chic wood floor decoration in every room. no balcony, no parking but possibility to park around the apartment (free parking next door) or paying in the street next door. This apartment is perfect for families or friends. The view is unique in ST Malo and one of the most popular areas because close to the market of St Servan and the city center with its shops, Solidor coves and restaurants and bars and Intra Muros which is a ten minute walk . You will love the peace and tranquility in the city center with direct access to the beach. We will share our favorites if you want to live like a "local" and this so that your experience of stay is successful? The tour of the corsair city, our good shopping addresses, our restaurants and bars or coffee for a drink, our favorite markets, our favorite places for children and teens. Want to discover the surroundings, 15 minutes Cancale to taste oysters at the market or the marine farm, walk on the port of Houle, enjoy a thousand sheets at Roellinger. Take a ferry that is 10 minutes from the apartment to discover the pretty town of Dinard and its market on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday.

Possibility to travel to Mont St Michel and see the sound and light show every evening from June to August, the beautiful medieval town of Dinan and its historic district Jerzual, the chic seaside resort of Dinard and its magnificent walk to Claiir de Lune . You want wild landscape, Cape Frehel and its wild tip, the island of Cezembre or Brehat and its agapantes, Saint Suliac which is a fishing village named one of the most beautiful villages of France. For information the swimming pool of Naye is at 50 m of our flat and we have a semi gastronomic restaurant with its garden at 20 m downstairs or a wine bar on the other side of the road at the entrance of the house.

Appartement très très bien situe; très bien rénové (propre; bien aménagé,pratique,lumineux et vue splendide)

Nous y avons passe un très agréable séjour lors des fêtes de fin d'année

(Intra muros se trouve a quelques centaines de mètres)

Une tres belle adresse et une vue fantastique!

Appartement spacieux et agreable qui donne sur un petit port. Tout est tres joilment decore et parfaitement conforme a la description. Tres bonne literie. Proprietaires charmants , tres a l ecoute avec qui nous avons eu un tres bon contact. Je recommande vivement et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
