It has on the ground floor a living room with a 130 cm sofa bed and an equipped kitchen, all opening onto a furnished terrace and an enclosed garden. A bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, the sleeping area has a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and a bathroom with toilet. Collective swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15 depending on weather conditions and excluding regulatory annual maintenance work. Pets allowed: if you come with a pet a supplement of €39 will be asked. To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax by credit card or cash and accommodation deposit by bank imprint via SWIKLY link only. Villa patio in a residential area with a collective swimming pool ideally located between the beach and the shops. In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel [hidden] the practical side, there are showers, straw huts, huts with surf schools, and lifeguards who watch over you. Logement très bien placé et fonctionnel. Un peu vieillot, c’est dommage

Logement très bien placé et fonctionnel. Un peu vieillot et parfois pas entretenu , c’est dommage. On regrette juste que pendant le séjour le concierge ne nous a jamais répondu car accessoirement le lit était cassé lorsqu’on est arrivé (au niveau des lattes) et on a dormi deux jours dans un lit avec des lattes cassées ce qui n’était pas très confortable et de plus on avait pas la clé de la piscine qui manifestement avait été changée et il n y avait pas eu de mises à jour du jeu de clés . Aussi j’ai envoyé un texto au concierge mais il ne m’a jamais répondu je comprends que le dimanche il se repose mais le samedi avec de la location saisonnière, la moindre des choses est de répondre et faire en sorte de résoudre les problématiques

Résidence idéalement située mais logement rustique

Location très mal équipée en ustensiles de cuisine : prévoir d'investir 100€ dans des verres à pied, une louche neuve, une paire de ciseaux décente, un porte serviettes dans la salle de bain. Des petites choses qui augmentent le confort des locataires, et qui agacent quand elles manquent. Le logement exposé nord, très ensoleillé jusqu'à 10h, et à l'ombre le reste de la journée, nous a semblé vraiment à l'abandon, en plus d'être très vieillot. Il y a d'autres locations remises au goût du jour dans cette même résidence qui est incontestablement très agréable, calme et à deux pas de la dune.
