Park Street House sleeps 6, and features three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and is thoughtfully designed for the comfort of both adults and young ones alike. On the second floor, three beds are in the bunk room, master bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed and third bedroom sleeps one more person. Upstairs half bath.
The main floor features a full kitchen with island. A dining room with nook and s passthrough to kitchen for easy entertaining. Off the kitchen is a nice sitting porch. TV room has flat screen TV and cable. WiFi is included. Also. BOSE speaker for music. Sign in to your Pandora or Netflix account and relax. Board games are available. A large fire pit, horseshoe pit and picnic area with grill is available for your enjoyment.
Drive for 10 minutes to spend your days swimming, boating, fishing, and playing in the beautiful water of Sebec Lake. Frequent loon sightings, gorgeous sunsets and tranquil views are a part of the experience. If you like golf, the golf course is just outside of town.
Two minutes away you can access grocery stores, restaurants, McDonalds’s, Dunkin’ Donuts and hardware stores. Only 40 minutes away, Bangor has a Walmart, Pizza Hut, Dunkin' Donuts, along with many other stores, as well as Bangor International Airport. The iconic Acadia National Park, located on the beautiful Mount Desert Island and home to Cadillac Mountain is approximately a 1 hour and 45 minute drive from the property. Given the size of the park you can easily hit many of its best destinations inside of a days journey. Bar Harbor, the bustling town on Mount Desert Island is a great location for shopping, dining and embarking on a number of sea faring excursions.
In the winter enjoy nearby snowmobile trails, snow shoeing and cross country skiing. There is also at least one or two ice fishing derbies each season. If downhill skiing is your preference, New England's premier skiing resort at Sugarloaf USA is only 60 miles away. Smaller ski resorts are closer.
