This frontline beach property has a large living room with three different sitting areas, dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with storage, two terraces with garden furniture, a garage and on the ground floor 6 en-suite double bedrooms ( 2 of them with access to the terrace and pool). The main bedroom is on the upper-floor, fantastic sea view, direct access to a big terrace with incredible views and two bathrooms (one for her and one for him) and dressing room. The villa is air-condition, internet and Sat-TV, the pool can be heated on request!

If you are looking for a sun sea holiday, then what could be more ideal than staying in a villa that is right on the beachfront, like this one, with direct access to the beach (stones)? But within walking distance of top dining facilities, including superb sandy beaches (5 minutes walk).

This waterfront holiday villa can be rented during off-season also with 4 or 5 bedrooms only, if you are less people.

The house retains its tradtional rustic design and character and benefits from spacious living areas with almost every room enjoying the incredible sea views making this property a true gem and an ideal holiday home or permanent residence.
