Neighborhood is decent but not great. We have rented down here for 25 years and this is in the worst 3. The best thing about the house was it had two refrigerators. It took us several minutes to get into the property because the key had to be jiggled until it is in just right and the door with the exact amount of pressure to open. You can’t tell me that the cleaning crew, maintenance, etc didn’t notice that. We had issues with the pool Tuesday, called the office and spoke with a very rude lady who told me she would let the lady know and then never heard another word. The pool people finally came Thursday so two days of a dirty pool that didn’t filter. The A/C unit for the house can only cool the living room part of the house so the bedrooms have very loud window units that we had to turn off at night to sleep. Thankfully we had friends that rented where we used to and we could spend our days there, prime example of you get what you pay for.
