The Talley House is located in the family friendly and quaint fishing village of Port Salerno, The Sailfish Capital Of The World. Port Salerno is a small community located on the tranquil waters of the Manatee Pocket. This is where you can access all the the water sports Port Salerno has to offer. Everything from paddleboarding rentals to offshore sporting charters within a short walk. Manatee Pocket is located less than one mile from St. Lucie Inlet for your ocean enjoyment. Sandsprit Park, a large waterfront park with multiple boat ramps, is located at the end of Manatee Pocket and less than 1 mile drive from the house. It's a short drive to Hutchinson Island where you can access the beautiful beaches Stuart has to offer with an abundance of public accesses. Our favorite being Bathtub Beach with a reef being such a very short distance from shore.
The Talley House is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that has recently been updated with our guest in mind, including new tile bathrooms, new kitchen, new A/C, new fence, new tropical landscaping and new outside living areas. We know you will enjoy the South Florida feel as you pass through the front door revealing the bright and comfortable tropical decor. Each bedroom features a queen bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. The living room, both bedrooms and the screen porch have a large flat screen TV plus wifi throughout. The spacious patio, the floral terrace or the large screen porch offer relaxing spaces for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The fenced backyard gives lots of privacy for you and security for your children or pets. Rest assured all linens are changed after every guest and the home has been completely and thoroughly cleaned. For the little ones we offer baby monitor, stroller and portacrib. We also have beach chairs, mats, towels and an umbrella
The charming historic downtown area of Stuart is just 4 miles north featuring an abundance of wonderful shops and restaurants. I-95 is a 15 minute drive away for your longer excursions whether it be a 2 hour ride to Miami or Orlando.

Beautiful rental home

Wonderful house with everything that you can possibly need. Very comfortable living. Beautiful home and lanai especially for morning coffee. Well stocked with dishes,appliances and linens Owners are very nice and are available if needed Close to parks,beaches and walking distance to restaurants

Phenomenal

The home was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again. The property was walking distance from all the good restaurants too. Extremely clean and had everything for a relaxing trip.

Great house

This is our second stay at this lovely house. We had a wonderful time in the area. The house is beautiful and fully stocked with amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and in a central location for many great restaurants and activities. Ed is a very nice host, quick to respond and very accommodating. Our dogs loved running and playing in the backyard. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in the area.
