Dated and tired property that needs updating. Great view though.

The view is very nice. Many of the similar apartments surrounding this property have Sun canopies, this one does not and one is needed. Although there are some modern accessories like a new TV, microwave, fridge/freezer much of rest of the apartment needs considerable updating. The kitchen area particularly so. The initial impression is disappointing but for a week or two bearable. Although 4G is available there is no WiFi. There is no doubt some investment and updating would make it a very comfortable holiday apartment. The walk down to St Clair ok and the beach nice with very nice bars and restaurants. Also a 15 minute walk into Lavandou. Unfortunately the walk back to the apartment very steep and would not suit some.

Très belle vue, très belle plage, le retour de la plage à pied est un peu dure à cause de la montée pour arriver à l'appartement. Un petit rafraîchissement de l'appartement serait sympa, pas assez de couvercles, manque des appareils électroménager pour le petit déjeuner,...Mais l'endroit est très sympa et le paysage est magnifique.
