Maison idéalement située, avec une vue magnifique et à proximité de la plage St Clair. Le problème principal est l'équipement sanitaire de la maison: il existe 2 salles d'eau, une cabine de douche installée dans une chambre à l'étage (pas très pratique en famille), et une deuxième salle d'eau dans la pièce en sous sol avec la 2eme chambre. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté et signalé un problème d'évacuation d'eau dans cette salle d'eau avec une odeur persistante de produits type fioul qui n'a pas été solutionné pdt notre séjour, et nous avons même été inondés car la douche a débordé. pour les couchages, la 3eme pièce avec les lits superposées, est très exiguë et ressemble plus à un placard. autre problème, absence de climatisation et chaleur étouffante

Heel mooi uitzicht en dat is alles

Uiterst slechte service vanwege het Immo agentschap . Verschillende malen moeten bellen om uitleg. Via telefoon met het agentschap ter plaatse alles moeten uitzoeken zoals de hoofdschakelaar In een woord niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach und sehr alt. Die Dusche und das Waschbecken (ebenfalls sehr alt) sind in einem der Schlafzimmer integriert, was wir als sehr eng und wenig komfortabel empfunden haben. Nach zwei Wochen haben wir uns daran gewöhnt. Wer aber darauf keinen Augenmerk legt, genießt einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer.
