About the property

3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms sleeps 6 people. Large Garden

A lovely private villa with an individually designed private swimming pool. Stroll to the local shops and bars in approx. 5 minutes.

This is a one storey property set in a quiet location and having A/C throughout the villa. It has a lovely sitting room with a log burner. There is satellite TV and Wireless internet. The separate dining room seats 6 and has doors on either side opening on to the large garden and paved area. There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite. The second double room has patio doors leading out to the Naya and Swimming Pool. The third bedroom is a twin bedded room. Full family bathroom.

There are two Naya's (similar to an outside conservatory). One houses the built in barbecue, patio table chairs and is next to the swimming pool. The other one also has table and chairs.

A large garden which has been newly paved and is great for ball games. Lemon and orange trees complete the garden .

Parking under a car port off road. There is extra parking

adjacent to the villa.

The villa has full central heating. Very efficient wall fans in every

bedroom for the summer months.

Things to do: Many good restaurants and bars. Prices vary according to the establishment. 8 Michelin guide rated and 3 Michelin star restaurants in the area. A couple of night clubs. Children's fair and Marina. Many supermarkets, banks and two internet shops. Nice gift, clothes and shoe shops. The area is idea for families as the town is quite small, very clean and the Spanish are very friendly. There is a small fair open most of the year. In Benidorm there is the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sea life park. Benidorm Palace is worth a visit for an enjoyable night out. Train station in Teulada. The local wine from the Jalon Valley is an absolute must do. The nearest nine hole golf course is 5 minutes away. 8 other courses within an hours drive from the villa. There is a tennis club in Moraira. Water bikes, peddaloes, etc., in the town centre and on the beach. International go-kart track but suitable for all levels.

May 2008 we were sad to leave 2 weeks not long enough,

been to Moraira many times but this villa we would say is

by far the best. Very comfortable home from home. thankyou we will definately be back to calle gijon.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. We are pleased you enjoyed your holiday. Having been in further contact with you by email, I understand the only real issue was the en-suite toilet. This has been checked by the plumber and is in perfect working order. The only other thing you mentioned, there was food in the cupboards on arrival. This was an error by the cleaners. Normally we only leave oil, salt, pepper and herbs only. For this we apologise. As to your comment re updating. There was no mention of anything needing updating in your email. Had you contacted us during your 6 week stay we would happily come to remove the food when you arrived and check the toilet over at any time. As you stated the villa is very well equipped and we have returning guests come back year after year. Regards Neil

Thoughly enjoyable

The villa was exceptionally clean. We both thought how well maintained it was. So peaceful .

There was a supermarket and friendly bar within walking distance.

Surrounding areas provide a good selection of restuarants, had a very tasty carvery at Monroe's.

Would return.

A well presented villa immaculate and well equipped. Gardens immaculate. Swimming pool sparkling.

My husbandand I had a very enjoyable 3 weeks stay totally relaxing and comfortable. This is the 6th villa we have stayed in over the past 5 years and it is definitely the best. Will stay again hopefully later this year.

a fantastic holiday

returned today from this fabulous villa. It was all and more it said on the tin. Car was a must but no worries about that. All very clean when we arrived and all facilities and equipment were spot on

Owner's Response: So pleased you enjoyed the villa. I always recommend a car as there are nice places to go which you cant walk too. You can walk up to the bars supermarket and restaurants in Tabaira should the fancy take you. We look forward to hearing from you in the not to far distant future.

A gentle stroll from the villa will take you to a supermarket and other shops. Plus bars and two or three restaurants. There is also a taxi company gift shop and laundry. The town centre and main beach are approximately five minutes drive away. El Portet beach is 10 minutes drive. The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas. Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. Alicante Airport is less than an hour away. Mainly motorway driving to the villa. A car is required as there is no public transport near the villa. Benidorm 30 min Javea & Calpe 20 min away

Other Activities: International go kart 5 minutes from the villa

Golf: Club Ifach is a 5 minuute drive from the house. It is an 9 whole course. There are 8 other courses within a 30 minute drive of the villa. More information on request.

A/C is an extra charge of £40 per week. Heating is £50 per week. It is not part of the quotation so no fees are paid by the client. (You)
All linen and towels are provided within the price. Cancellation. In the event of cancellation less than eight weeks prior to arrival no refunds will be given. In the event of cancellation more than eight weeks from the arrival date your 25% deposit will be forfeited but the balance will not be paid. If the owner cancels you will be offered alternative accommodation first. If this is not suitable a refund of either the deposit or in full if the total balance has been paid in full. The key deposit will be refunded in all instances. Holiday insurance should be purchased at the same time as the reservation is made to safe guard against cancellations on your part. If you choose you pay via Pay Pal please note we will not accept any charges incurred by these transactions.
