Trotters is a beautifully converted 3 bedroom detached stone barn offering panoramic views over rural countryside in peaceful surroundings, with private patio. The barn has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher; the dining area looks out onto the patio as does the lounge which also has a wood-burning stove. Other facilities include Sky tv (including movies and sports), DVD player and free WiFi. Trotters has a ground floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room and on the first floor there is a king-sized bedroom and a twin bedded room, both with en-suite bathrooms. The barn has central heating and enjoys its own private terraced garden situated within 30 acres of rolling hills and gentle countryside. Superb indoor and outdoor facilities include heated indoor swimming pool with counter-current jets; traditional sauna; outdoor children's play areas with swings, slides and trampoline; fields for ball games; indoor games room with table football, pool and table tennis tables; free WiFi throughout the whole complex; indoor toddlers soft playroom; and small fishing lake stocked with carp, tench and bream.
We can provide travel cots and highchairs if required; the property has a fireguard and fixed stairgates.
The village of Witheridge, situated half a mile away, hosts a pub, post office and general store, newsagent and churches.
Whatever the season Newhouse Farm offers a peaceful location with abundant wildlife including resident badgers, barn owls and red deer. The perfect place to relax!

A wonderful holiday spent in Trotters despite unfortunate weather.
We were welcomed warmly and shown to our spotless accommodation which we were instantly impressed with - good decor, spacious rooms, every detail thought of. Favourite place was the patio, peaceful, beautiful views, perfect setting. Facilities onsite were great for kids of all ages. A big bonus! Enjoyed our nightly badger spotting exploits. Will come again and would highly recommend.
Newhouse Farm is situated approximately 15 miles from Junction 27 of the M5 motorway in the heartland of Devon, between the market towns of Tiverton and South Molton. The barn enjoys beautiful views over-looking rolling countryside and is ideally situated for exploring Exmoor`s gentle heather clad hills and Dartmoor`s rugged splendour. Tiverton, on the River Exe, boasts an excellent shopping centre, pannier market, an award-winning museum and the Grand Western Canal Country Park where horse-drawn barge trips and peaceful tow-path walks can be enjoyed. South Molton is rich in traditional architecture, the Guildhall building housing a glass-roofed pannier market where local produce can be purchased.

2 well behaved dogs allowed in each cottage, but must not be left in the cottage on their own, the additional charge is £35 per dog per week.
A deposit is required within 7 days of the reservation to secure the booking with the balance payment due 6 weeks prior to arrival. At the time of the balance payment we also require a good housekeeping/security deposit of £100 per cottage which is returned after the stay if no loss/damage was incurred or additional cleaning was required. Payment may be made by either cheque or bank transfer.
