Completely refurbished in Barcelona. The apartment is located on the first floor, there are flights of stairs but there is also the elevator.

For the location, the apartment is well connected: there is very near the Metro Red Line 'La Sagrera' (where there is also the blue line). They are 6 stops to Plaza Catalunya, the center of the city. There are also several bus stops just below the farm.

All facilities, renovated: parquet floor, television, air conditioning and ventilation system on all beds, refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, utensils, washing machine, linens and towels, hairdryer, soap, basic ingredients for kitchen and breakfast, map of the city and metro, free wifi and no cleaning fees !!!

Lovely clean, comfortable apartment

Very clean, well equipped. Lovely comfy beds & good powerful shower. For people like us used to living in a detached house in a rural village, the noise of other people coming & going above & below our flat took a bit of getting used to, but that would have been the same in any city apartment. It's a quiet neighbourhood & the supermarket downstairs was big & open 9am-9.30pm Mon-Sat, closed Sundays. Owner very helpful.

As described - a nice fit for our family

We recently stayed at this flat with our family of 5. The flat was clean and we had plenty of space. The rooms are nice and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, although we could not fit more than 4 around the table table comfortably, and there's a lack of living space if you are intending to sit and relax. That didn't matter to us, because we were very busy in Barcelona. We also enjoyed the little balcony overlooking the alley. It was a lovely little space to sit and enjoy some wine after a long day of exploring. The wifi performance was a bit spotty on occasion, but worked well enough for our needs. Our lovely host Valentina was at the flat waiting for us as promised, and was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She also helped us book a taxi to pick us up and bring us to the airport after our stay. The flat's location was ideal for us. A quieter area of the city, but a quick walk to the Metro to connect you virtually anywhere. We also loved that there is a supermarket literally next door. Highly recommended!

Clean apartment in quieter part of Barcelona

Nice and clean apartment. Bathroom is fully tiled with a great shower (showering is a pleasure here!)

Galley kitchen, but includes a full-size refrigerator. Very convenient to grocery stores: Mercadona (see last picture in display) is literally next door. Pharmacy next to that; another grocery store across the street. Not centrally located in the city, but public transportation in Barcelona is cheap (10 Euro for 10 metro trips), so it doesn't really matter. Apartment is three or four blocks from multiple Metro stations. Personally, I prefer it that way; the area feels safer to wander around in, and it's quieter at night.

Small suggestion to Valentina (the owner): consider including proper glasses (not jam/jelly jars), as well as wine glasses. (There are Spanish wines to be consumed in Barcelona!)

Everything was ok. Great apartment in a very quiet place with all facilities : parking, supermarket, market and underground direct to city center.

Valentina and her father were very helpful.

Nous recommendons cet appartement très bien situé : quartier calme, parking, supermarché, marché et métro direct jusqu'à la place de Catalogne.

Valentina s'est montrée très à l'écoute avant et pendant notre séjour.

Appartamento perfetto, come da descrizione. Abbiamo trovato asciugamani puliti, Phone, sapone sia in bagno che per lavatrice e per lavare piatti. Fornita di microonde, forno e tutto l occorrente per soggiornare. Valentina, la proprietaria, super disponibile e attenta alle diverse necessità. C è anche una Culla da campeggio. Consiglio fortemente questa proprietà.

appartement agréable et bien situé

Nous hésitions à louer ainsi à l'étranger mais l'offre de valentina était conforme à la prestation. nous avons passé 2 nuits. L'appartement est propre, spacieux et bien aménagé. la literie est confortable et le linge de maison est fourni. au pied de l'immeuble il y a tous les commerces utiles mais le logement n'est pas bruyant car il ne donne pas sur la rue. Le métro est à 5 min à pied et il donne un accès rapide aux principaux sites.

Valentina propose de bonnes adresses dans le quartier et elle parle français.
