One bedroom has a King size bed with a 32 inch LCD Television. The other bedroom has a Queen size bed, a 27 inch TV, and a balcony. Each room has a private bathroom. In addition, a very comfortable queen-sized air mattress is available for additional guests.

Fully equipped kitchen (with everything from cooking utensils to a coffee maker and a blender). Central Air Conditioning, Marble floors, Washer/Dryer, TV in both bedrooms, TV with VCR and DVD in Family Room, Stereo/CD Player, High Speed Internet Connection (Wireless and Ethernet connection available).

This is a no-smoking unit. There is a terrace in the same floor where smoking is allowed.

We have just returned from a 4 nights stay at this apartment. The apartment is magnificent. It is one of those places that internet pictures simply do no justice. It was so lovely that it was hard to drag ourselves back to the airport and leave!

The apartment and rooms are clean and modern, the towels are soft and fluffy. The rooms were a good size and each had there own bathroom. The first bedroom had a queen bed and a small deck that over looked the street. The second room was larger and had a king bed. We enjoyed the shared side deck with the view of the beach. The washer and drier also came in very handy!

Everything we needed to enjoy the beach was included…beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. The kitchen was full of everything we needed to cook with and serve food. There was plenty of room to sit down and eat. There were four of us staying there and we had another couple over for dinner and we all had plenty of space at the table and in the living room.

The apartment was centrally located. We could leave the apartment and walk to our left or right and find a good place to shop, eat or drink. The beach was located just off the back of the building. Just a short drive or cab ride brings you to Old San Juan.

If your idea of a vacation includes staying at a modern, gorgeous apartment this is the place for you!

Owner's Response: I have to agree, the pictures do no justice. It is a very spacious unit and I have tried to equip it with everything that you might need on a vacation or business trip. I am continuously improving the unit to assure that it meets the expectations of our guests. If for any reason something doesn’t work, I will make sure it gets fixed as soon as possible! Then again, the greatest feeling and best reward is a pleased customer willing to come back!

Wonderful! Great location, unit, everything!

We stayed at the unit from 01/2-01/05/16 after a cruise. The unit was spacious, clean and operable. No problems at all. The owner was accommodating. The location was great. We went for really great scenic runs and we also walked to Old San Juan from this unit. It's not close but the walk made for great sigh seeing. The people in the area were all very nice and it was safe. We were never concerned about our safety. There were several restaurants that we visited. Large variety of places to choose from and the night life in this area was happening as well. Thank you Carlos! Yes, we would recommend to others, Yes, we will stay here again, Yes, the customer service was great!

Great and wonderful. You have to check it out.

I am writing this review as this is my third stay at Carlos' apartment and each year it seems as though it gets better every year. Carlos is such a nice person that you cannot leave his apartment not wanting to return....this is a must.

The apartment has introduced a new security system and this makes you feel safer. I think that this is really an added security for persons who are really concerned about safeness. For us it really did nt matter as we were at home away from home.

If you are looking for some where that you can be at peace of mind you have to stay Carlos' apartment and you will have no regrets. Everything is just "A" OK and Carlos is the nicest person to rent from, he treats you like family. He is concerned about your comfort and he gives you peace and conformt and you are always very private....no fuss and not bother.

Carlos thanks for your wonderful accommodation and we look forward to return in 2016 if life permits.

Worked Perfectly for a Pre-Cruise Stay

We booked this apartment for a two-night stay prior to a cruise. It worked very well for us. It started with a little bit of language barrier issue because the owner sent a lady to meet us and she didn't speak our language very well and we didn't speak her language at all. We weren't sure she was there to meet us and she wasn't sure we were who she was waiting for. But she just called the owner and he then called me so as soon as my cell phone rang she knew we were the right people. She took us up and showed us around and we were able to figure out everything even though we weren't talking the same language. She just pointed things out to us. The location is good. We walked to the beach, shops, restaurants, the bus stop to take the bus into Old San Juan one afternoon, and when it was time for us to leave we walked with our luggage to the next block where the casino is because there was a taxi line there. The apartment was clean and spacious. The pictures had me confused since the furniture in the front room area was different in the pictures, but turns out there are basically two front rooms. One is maybe called a family room. Picture an L - one set of furniture and TV at one end of the L and another at the other end of the L and the dining table in the middle. My mother-in-law stayed in the room with the small deck. One of the panels that cover the window kept falling off in that room and it had been previously taped at the top. Not a big deal though - we just kept putting it back up and we let the owner know when we left so most likely it has been replaced. She found the noise of the air conditioner distracting. Even when it was turned all the way to off the fan continued to run. It worked somewhat like white noise though to cover other sounds. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Our second visit and will not be the last

It was our second stay at this apartment and we enjoyed it so much that we are already making out arrangements to return a third time.

We must mention that Carlos is such a nice person that you would feel like family with him around. He ensures that everything is in order and advised if you have any problems, concerns or needs, you should not hesitate to contact him....thanks Carlos for making out stay comfortable and wanting to return.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and well kept....you can see that it is well maintained.

We would strongly recommend this apartment to relatives and friends because it is really a home away from home. Have you heard every picture tells a story? That is true the pictures tell a story and what you see is what you get.
