T3 bright and pretty in residence close to the slopes + parking

The duplex apartment is located in a small residence of chalets on the slopes, but it is pleasant in any season since the ground floor, with a sun terrace in the sun.
You add the mountain air ... happiness!
Summer or winter, a garden shed adjoining the house allows storing bike, stroller or skiing ...
On the floor: 2 bright; 1 with a bed 140; the other with bunk beds in 90 and a small table, both have a large closet where you will find all the necessary bed linen (cover, duvet and pillows but sheets are not supplied) bathroom with bath, sink unit, washing machine and toilet
On the ground floor: entrance with a toilet and a large living room with a kitchen well equipped, a wooden table, a bench, 4 chairs, TV stand with TV and DVD player, a sofa bed and other furniture.
A terrace with garden furniture and 2 sun parasol + barbecue
Final cleaning must be done by the tenant, if you ask, a benefit "household" may be provided by a company for 80 euros

Chalet bien situé à 1 min des pites
Un deuxième séjour dans ce logement fort agréable, très bien situé à 100 m des pistes de ski et 5 min à pied du centre du village. La personne responsable des arrivées et départs est très flexible et disponible: merci Christophe !!!

bilan du N°20 chalet du Champsaur
Confort général et praticité étaient au rendez-vous annoncés. Seul bémol éventuellement: Un petit manque d'intimité dû à l'absence de deux panneaux en bois, qui permettraient de ne pas être vu des voisins de droite et du lotissement de chalets sur la gauche.

Chalet bien équipé et très bien situé
Nous avons séjourné en hiver dans ce chalet. Il est très bien situé: à proximité des pistes de ski et du centre du village. La place de parking devant la maison et le local ski (barbecue l'été!) étaient fort appréciable. Le chalet est bien équipé, le chauffage au sol très confortable. Pas de WIFI dans le logement (comme précisé dans l'annonce) et avec notre opérateur nous ne captions pas, mais nous avons survécu!!!! Arrivée et départ souple avec le service de conciergerie qui donne aussi de bons conseil de visites et quelques bons plans. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!
