Charming new house of 60m² for 4 people. Located in the residence "L'Orée des Dunes" 300m from the sea and the Huts beach.
Quiet, it also allows you to have easy access to the shops of Saint Denis d'Oleron located 2.5 km away, on foot or by bike (cycle path leaving the residence). Market open every day in summer.
House with floor comprising living room, American kitchen and toilet on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 of 160), bathroom and toilet on the floor. Storage cupboards on the ground floor and upstairs.
Living room opening onto a large landscaped terrace. Garage for storing bikes and personal effects. Private parking space in front of the house.
The house offers you all the equipment allowing you to fully enjoy your holidays: fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave), TV, DVD and HI-FI system, washing machine, iron and ironing board, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, bicycles.
Pets not allowed. Non smokers. Sheets and household linen not provided.
Ideally located, the house allows you to explore the north of the island of Oléron on foot by the sea or by bike: Chassiron lighthouse at 4.8 km.
Fort Boyard and the Isle of Aix are accessible by boat (daily crossings in summer) and by cycle paths you can explore the rest of the island, sea and marsh.

Découverte de l'île d'Oléron

Cette semaine sur l'île d'Oléron fut une très belle découverte familiale et bien que le soleil n'ait pas été au rendez-vous, nous avons pu profiter de belles balades et l'océan nous a procuré de belles sensations surtout pour naviguer jusqu'au Fort Boyard. Un grand merci à Mme MOURAS dont le logement a plus que répondu à nos attentes, très bien aménagé, situé dans un quartier calme et très proche de la mer, merci à Mme POUILLAT pour son accueil chaleureux. C'est certain, nous y reviendrons pour notre prochaine excursion sur l'île !

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison lumineuse et fonctionnelle! Rénovée récemment, elle propose tout l’équipement nécessaire de la vie quotidienne, et même des bonus appréciables tels que deux vélos mis à disposition, l’accès au garage (pour ranger du matériel de kitesurf ou surf par exemple), une maie dans la chambre pour langer les jeunes enfants, un équipement bébé complet, une cuisine fournie en ustensiles et autres, des grands placards hyper pratiques dans la chambre et dans l’entrée. Proche de la plage des huttes, spot sauvage et grandiose de surf et de kitesurf si vagues ou vent le permettent, accessible à pied en 2min. Petit lotissement hyper calme et familial. Quelques éventuels détails pour rendre cette location parfaite seraient : un accès wifi, un matelas plus ferme dans la chambre du lit 160, un ou deux fauteuils (type Ikea) dans le salon, et un sèche-linge en cas de semaine humide ou fraîche. Un grand merci à la propriétaire ainsi qu’à sa voisine sympathique pour la facilité de communication et l’accueil chaleureux. Au plaisir de revenir bientôt!

Super vakantie gehad

Een huisje met alles wat je nodig hebt gelegen in een rustige residentie. Dicht bij het dorp met zijn dagelijkse artisanale markt, een lokale bakker in het dorp. Je vindt er alles wat je nodig hebt. Super dicht gelegen van de fietsroutes en 2 fietsen ter plaatse aanwezig. Ik denk dat we alle routes afgereden hebben! Een lekkere crèperie in het dorpje. Op de parking dagelijks een pizzakraampje aanwezig die ter plaatse heel lekkere pizza's voor je klaarmaakt. Naast het huisje een camping waar iedereen gebruik kan maken van afhaal, interessant om 's morgens een stokbrood of croissants af te halen. Een hele mooie haven met mooi strand in het dorp zelf. Zeker eens een ritje met de boot doen en het fort van Boyard gaan bezoeken! Ter hoogte van het huisje is het niet aangenaam om het strand te gebruiken -> een overvloed aan aangespoeld wier ( denk ik) met een geurtje tot gevolg. Best tot aan de haven gaan of de andere kant op ( in een kwartiertje met de fiets sta je aan een betere plaats). We hebben super genoten van deze vakantie
