Bellfield Corner is a recently refurbished comfortable semi-detached house that overlooks the river Ness.The house is within 10 minutes walk of the Town House, with Eden Court Theatre, Inverness Castle and city centre also easily walkable. Directly across from the house you can walk/relax in the beautiful Ness Islands. Bellfield Park with its gardens, play area and tennis courts is a stone's throw away.

The house is situated within a large garden with an enclosed patio area that has garden furniture. The accommodation offers 3 bedrooms: 1 large double with en suite shower and toilet, 1 with twin beds and 1 single all upstairs. Downstairs there is a family bathroom, sitting/dining room and kitchen with breakfast bar. 1 well behaved dog is welcome and the Ness Islands are ideal for dog walks. There is off-street parking in front of the garage which is also available for guests' use. There is further on-street parking.

Facilities include gas central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, large electric oven and hob, smart HD TV with freeview and DVD and WiFi is available. There is a selection of books, games and DVDs for guests' use.

Heating, hot water, linen and towels included in rent. There is a z bed available if wished

Why Shona and Ian chose Inverness, Loch Ness & Nairn

We loved the location, being so close to the Ness Islands yet close to the town centre. We have a dog Jody who enjoys walking in the islands and further afield to the Caledonian Canal which is also walkable. The house is near Bellfield Park which has lovely gardens and is great for the grandchildren.

Great place to stay!

There were five in our party - two couples and one child. This duplex was the perfect size for our group and it was so nice to have a living room and kitchen to hang out together in during the evenings after being out and about all day. The location was wonderful, far enough from town centre to be quiet and peaceful but close enough to walk to it (and the walk to town is along the River Ness which is beautiful!) The entire unit was extremely clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location, excellent house for a family

The house is located next to a park with a playground which was great for our 3 year old. We started our days there. We also had some tickets for the theatre which is 5-7 minutes walk away. The town centre is 15 minutes stroll away along the river. The house is well equipped and clean. Shona was meeting us when we got there and explained how heating works. we had a great time and can't wait to be back.

Great location looking out onto the river, within walking distance of town centre, Eden Court Theatre,etc. Warm and comfortable house with plenty of space for a family or couple.

Fantastic location!

My 3 friends and I booked this home for 6 days in September to attend the World Canals Conference and see some of Inverness. We could not have been happier with our accommodations. The house was spotless, comfortable, well-equipped and within walking distance of everything (we did not have a car).

Our 10-minute walk each morning and evening to Eden Court (our conference venue) included scenic views of the Ness River. A 15-minute walk in the evening allowed us choice dining from the many restaurants located in the Town Center. We also enjoyed walking through the beautiful Ness Islands and took a short hike along the Caledonian Canal.

Shona was a great hostess who showed us how to operate everything in the house and was only a phone call away if we had questions.

I really enjoyed my time here and would book this house again if I ever have the opportunity to return to Inverness. Thank you Shona for everything!

Perfect for families

As mentioned by others this is a great location. Lovely views over the River Ness, short walk into the centre of Inverness, very handy for the Castle Tavern. However, one of the main benefits for us was having the lovely Bellfield Park right next door. Our six year old loved her morning paddle, playing on the swings etc and the putting green. You can also hire bikes and get ice cream here. House was great and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Inverness the city in the Highlands is close to a wealth of quality activities in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Many Munros are within reach as are some of the worlds top golf courses including the renowned Dornoch Links course and the site of last year's Scottish Open, Castle Stewart. Within a few minutes drive is the Great Glen with the beautiful glacier-gouged Loch Ness and the atmospheric ancient ruins of Urquhart Castle. The castle can be part of a cruise down the famous Caledonian Canal and through the loch where a glimpse of 'Nessie' might be seen. Towels, linen, heating and hot water are all included. We expect the property to be left in a clean and tidy state otherwise the refundable deposit may be reduced. There is no charge for 1 dog but owners need to know details about the dog. Changeover is usually on a Saturday, but can be any day. Guests leave by 10 am and the property will be ready by 4 pm for the next guests. We do not usually let the house for less than 4 nights.
