3 Bedrooms, Large Garden Overlooking River, Pet Friendly.

Bellfield Corner is a recently refurbished comfortable semi-detached house that overlooks the river Ness.The house is within 10 minutes walk of the Town House, with Eden Court Theatre, Inverness Castle and city centre also easily walkable. Directly across from the house you can walk/relax in the beautiful Ness Islands. Bellfield Park with its gardens, play area and tennis courts is a stone's throw away.

The house is situated within a large garden with an enclosed patio area that has garden furniture. The accommodation offers 3 bedrooms: 1 large double with en suite shower and toilet, 1 with twin beds and 1 single all upstairs. Downstairs there is a family bathroom, sitting/dining room and kitchen with breakfast bar. 1 well behaved dog is welcome and the Ness Islands are ideal for dog walks. There is off-street parking in front of the garage which is also available for guests' use. There is further on-street parking.

Facilities include gas central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, large electric oven and hob, smart HD TV with freeview and DVD and WiFi is available. There is a selection of books, games and DVDs for guests' use.

Heating, hot water, linen and towels included in rent. There is a z bed available if wished

Why Shona and Ian chose Inverness, Loch Ness & Nairn

We loved the location, being so close to the Ness Islands yet close to the town centre. We have a dog Jody who enjoys walking in the islands and further afield to the Caledonian Canal which is also walkable. The house is near Bellfield Park which has lovely gardens and is great for the grandchildren.

Perfect for families

As mentioned by others this is a great location. Lovely views over the River Ness, short walk into the centre of Inverness, very handy for the Castle Tavern. However, one of the main benefits for us was having the lovely Bellfield Park right next door. Our six year old loved her morning paddle, playing on the swings etc and the putting green. You can also hire bikes and get ice cream here. House was great and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Clean and tidy with everything you need to have a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Had a very lovely stay here. We were working at the theatre which was a 5 minute walk away so very convenient.

The host was very accommodating of our needs and very easy to contact.

Lovely views outside the window and safe and peaceful area.

The house was tidy, clean and homely fitted with all utensils and cooking equipment which was ideal. And three well sized bedrooms.

I would recommend to anyone visiting Inverness wanting a self contained homely stay near to everything in Inverness.

Cute house in a great location.

House is in a great location, across the street from the river path, and a short walk to city center. Shona met us to show us around, had lots of information and maps, and was very helpful.

The house had plenty of space for our family of four. It was clean, comfortable, and had anything we needed.

Fabulous location in Inverness

We absolutely loved our stay in Inverness. Shona was a wonderful hostess and her house is fabulous. It is large and comfortable and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We could walk to the middle of Inverness along the river that runs through the town. Inverness is a historic old town with lots of good restaurants and shopping. It is a perfect location for enjoying the Highlands. We would recommend this wonderful home to anyone wanting to enjoy this beautiful part of Scotland.

Great location near the city centre and the river Ness

The owners were very helpful and friendly. They are only a phone call away if you need anything, but a file is provided with all the information you are likely to need. The house was clean & well presented as in the photos. Everything worked like the heating, hot water, showers, fridge, microwave, tv, wifi etc. Everything we needed like bed linen, utensils, towels & so on were all provided as well as a few welcome extras like some tea/coffee/milk, washing up liquid, toilet roll and shower gel.

The location is great as it is within walking distance to the town centre & facing the river Ness over the road. I got some decent running done along the riverside and the canal towpath, which would also make for pleasant walks too if that's what you enjoy. I also saw that you can hire bicycles in Bellfield park next to the house, but I didn't have enough time for that unfortunately.

I'd be more than happy to stay here again & Inverness was nicer than I had realised!

Excellent !!!

Perfectly located house and very well maintained. We felt like being at home. Shona (owner) was very helpful and provided all the basic information as soon as we arrived. In the house the baby high chair was little old which Shona did not like it and she bought the new one very next day... Very impressive and caring ... Also house is perfectly located with many restaurants located in 10mins walk. Overall a perfect holiday !!! Thank You Shona. We will definitely recommend your holiday home to our friends.

Inverness the city in the Highlands is close to a wealth of quality activities in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Many Munros are within reach as are some of the worlds top golf courses including the renowned Dornoch Links course and the site of last year's Scottish Open, Castle Stewart. Within a few minutes drive is the Great Glen with the beautiful glacier-gouged Loch Ness and the atmospheric ancient ruins of Urquhart Castle. The castle can be part of a cruise down the famous Caledonian Canal and through the loch where a glimpse of 'Nessie' might be seen. Towels, linen, heating and hot water are all included. We expect the property to be left in a clean and tidy state otherwise the refundable deposit may be reduced. There is no charge for 1 dog but owners need to know details about the dog. Changeover is usually on a Saturday, but can be any day. Guests leave by 10 am and the property will be ready by 4 pm for the next guests. We do not usually let the house for less than 4 nights.
