About Adrian Brookes
We have lived in the cottages for 8 years before we made it into a holiday cottage.
Adrian Brookes purchased this Cottage in 2014
Why Adrian Brookes chose Fort William
The views are spectacular from every window, close to many attractions but quiet on the Loch shore. The reviews say it all, people having been coming every year for years and years and never tire of the cottage.
What makes this Cottage unique
The views from inside of the cottage are some of the best of the west coast of Scotland you will ever find.
Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.
Fantastic once again
A first class holiday once again, a warm welcome and a stunning location. Thank you
Beautiful situation and excellent accommodation
Situated on the banks of Loch Linnhe just a few miles from Fort William. Beautiful outlook and very peaceful. The house was excellent, well cared for and very well equipped. The owner very helpful
Perfect place to travel to different destinations and a view to die for.
The property was everything we hoped for, beautiful view and everything we needed in the property for our needs, when we arrived we looked at the view from the conservatory and we all said wow, the owner joanne came to see us and gave advice to different places to go or see, the house was spotlesly clean, overall we all had a very nice holiday, would highly recommend.
Exceptional cottage in a stunning location.
We spent an extremely enjoyable and comfortable week in this lovely cottage right on the edge of the loch. It was even more beautiful than we had hoped. The cottage has everything you could possibly need, and more. The dogs loved the very safe enclosed garden and we spent many relaxing hours in the conservatory just soaking up the views and the tranquillity of the area.
It is an ideal location for touring and we shall certainly be back - a week was definitely not long enough!
Fantastic location, close to all amenities with very helpful owners
As you drive to the property you know it's going to be good as the views literally take your breath away.
Superb cottage, scrupiously clean with lots of room so you don't feel crowded.
All the equipment you could ever need for a comfortable stay, huge fridge/freezer, gas hob which is very welcome after electric hobs and plenty of cutlery and sharp knives etc.
The views from the sun room and lounge are to die for and constantly changing in the fantastic Scottish light.
3 bathrooms which is very useful with 3 teenagers!! Bedrooms are very comfortable with plenty of storage. Views again are amazing from these rooms.
Owners are close by but very unobtrusive although they were quick to assist when one of the door mechanisms broke.
An enclosed garden meant we did not have to worry about the dog escaping and i'm sure on sunny days it would be lovely sat out watching the day go by on the loch.
Very easy access to Fort William or 2 minutes to the Corran ferry.
Can't recommend this cottage enough, it has something for everyone - if you want to totally unwind watching the day go by then the views are amazing or if you like a very active walking/climbing holiday the Fort William and Glencoe are within easy distance.
We enjoyed a lovely week in this comfortable and well equipped house, which had everything we needed. The views are stunning and makes for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Nor far into Fort William and just under an hour to Oban. Would highly recommend.
Glencoe being 7 miles south and Fort William 8 miles north, where the highest mountain in the UK can be found, Ben Nevis, there are plenty of things to do. Visit a battle ground from the clan age, ride a steam train through some beautiful scenery to Mallaig, which travels over the famous viaduct from the Harry porter movies. Or take a walk to one of the many waterfalls in the area. Visit the ski resorts for down hill bike riding or winter ski sports. Sample our exceptional sea food, collected daily for the loch's. You can take a ferry to visit the small islands to view all the wildlife there is to offer.
