Great place near Pike's Market and the Needle
Enjoyed the stay very much! Comfortable, clean and updated. The view is primarily of the buildings across the way. You can see a sliver of water beyond the buildings. Definitely would stay again.
Empty promises! The property was bare of all essentials otherwise than a bed.
We arrived at 10 pm and the door was unlocked. Not a great neighborhood for this as there a lot of transient guest and renters. There was no toilet paper and when we rang the facilities person they said they bring it in the morning! I explained that we need the essential bio products that night. They told me to go to the 3rd floor enter another apartment that was unlocked and see if there was some there. The next morning, I reiterated that we had no back up toilet paper, soap of any kind, no hair dryer and that one set of towels was not sufficient for a four night stay! The bedroom had a bed with a chair but no clothes hangers in the space or a place to put our clothes. They said they would take care of it but by this point I was frustrated and expressed I wanted to cancel the reservation and get a refund. They denied the refund and said the issue would be fixed. I went out for the day and returned to the Apartment at 1:15pm still nothing had been done. I took my suitcase and let them know I was not going to stay. I called VRBO twice and they said it is up to the owner to resolve the matter. I called the owner as well but they would take or return my call. Screwed out rental payment and an additional 1,200 out of pocket for a hotel. This was VRBO’s response write a review.

The property owner or manager maintains their own listing on our site, including refunds, listing details, blah blah blah. I have used VRBO over 8 times and dealt with the ups and downs of less than presented property descriptions. NEVER AGAIN! Canceling account at least with a hotel you have a true customer service business model.
