Late booking deal! From 10% to 20% off on selected dates. Hurry!

Villa La Pace is situated in stunning scenery, suspended between the sea and the sky. It can accommodate up to 7 guests who will enjoy a wonderful garden, a refreshing pool and spectacular views over the Amalfi Coast.

The villa has got three big bedrooms with beautiful furnishings, a spacious living room, where guests can watch TV or surf the internet using a Wi-Fi connection, a well furnished kitchen equipped with fridge, oven and kitchen utensils. There are two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi and another with a box shower and a washing machine.

Outside the villa there is a typical wooden and stone canopy, a wood-burning oven and all you need to prepare pizza and a delicious BBQ!

Villa La Pace is the ideal place to spend your holidays, as it is a short car journey to the centre of Sorrento, which is full of leisure facilities, night clubs, wine bars, pubs, restaurants and beautiful beaches. The nearest supermarket and bus stop are a 10 minute walk. The villa is perfect for all kinds of guests: couples, families with children and groups of friends.

Guests can taste cuisine specialties in the comfort of the villa, thanks to a qualified Pizza Chef who can bake the real Neapolitan pizza in the wood-burning oven outside the garden.

Villa 'La Pace' is a splendid, newly refurbished building which lies in a magnificent setting where nature is combined with elegance in Colli di Fontanelle, a hill hamlet of Sant'Agnello which is near the famous and refined Sorrento and the fashionable Positano. Villa La Pace is surrounded by the enchanting turquoise of the Amalfi coast and the scent of the lemon trees. The spectacular setting of the Villa La Pace is only 3 km from Sorrento and less than 7 km from Positano.

From the road leading to the villa, you will enjoy spectacular views of the Sorrentine Peninsula below you, the bay of Naples and the Vesuvius in the background, the Amalfi Coast, Positano, Praiano and the golf of Salerno to the south.

From the villa, you can admire the famous 'Li Galli', three islands where the legendary mermaids bewitched the sailors by singing, causing a lot of ships to crash into the rocks.

During the burning hours of the day, the sea and the sky tremble in the intense blue and wonderfully hot and bright climate. A gentle and welcoming breeze rises in the evening!

Outside Villa La Pace there is a lovely swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden which overlooks the Amalfi coast. The pool has a wide solarium equipped with sun loungers, sunshades, parasols and a shower. It is suitable for people with wheelchairs and families.

In summertime, the swimming pool is the perfect place to have breakfast and in the evening it is the ideal place to have a romantic supper by candlelight or a drink or a swim by moonlight. Guests can use the swimming pool from May to September.

Villa La Pace is the ideal setting for guests who love nature. It is surrounded by a large garden with blooming plants, where guests can enjoy the colours and the typical scents of the Mediterranean, which make the villa a small corner of heaven.

The garden, 3000 square metres, offers a great range of plants such as roses, cikas plants, grapevines and lemons. There is a tilled footpath in the garden, which allows you to access and pick seasonal fruit and vegetables to prepare local dishes.

The garden has two elegant wooden gazebos, where you can relax with a drink, listen to music or admire one of the most beautiful sights of the Amalfi Coast.

This fantastic garden is enriched by artistic benches where you can relax, read or daydream in the open air.

Guestbook comments from the manager

Villa La Pace is an exceptionally well maintained property set in beautiful gardens with a lovely pool, wonderful views and conveniently situated for the local bus service and small but well stocked shops. The villa also has the added advantage of a bbq and wood fired pizza oven and eating area. Guests are invited to help themselves from a plentiful supply of delicious fruits, vegetables and herbs from the garden. Michele and Tina are extremely kind, friendly and helpful hosts, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa La Pace.

Excellent villa in Sorrento area

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay at this villa. Michele and Tina made us most welcome. The garden was an unexpected delight, secluded with great views. The pool was excellent with many sunbeds alongside. A nice surprise was that we were allowed to pick tomatoes, peppers and courgettes and courgette flowers from the vegetable patch which was a treat. The house is comfortable and well equipped. The location is good for getting to Sorrento - about 15 mins by windy road . From there we did trips to Capri , Pompeii , Herculaneum and Naples. Positano is about 20 mins in the other direction. There is an excellent small supermarket at the top of the road for supplies. Michele and Tina cooked us delicious pizzas one evening in the pizza oven outside. They were outstanding. We would love to come again.

SORRENTO: It is a much longed for by tourists from around the world. The best way to see this beautiful town is to walk between the major shopping streets, the quaint old town and the narrow streets filled with specialty shops, stopping to savour a glass of Limoncello on a bench overlooking the sea. Culturally, you are simply spoiled for choice. In the main square, you can admire the statue of the patron saint, St. Antonino, and the monument to Torquato Tasso. In every corner of the city, there are churches to visit: the Cathedral, Dedicated to Sts. Philip and James, the Basilica of St. Antonino, whose sacristy contains a Neapolitan Crib from 700AD and a silver statue of the saint, the Cloister of St. Francis, which combines various architectural motifs from the late Gothic to Renaissance periods.

With its 42 kilometre stretch of gently sloping coastline and white pebbled-beaches, the Amalfi Coast is an 'earthly paradise' with breathtaking beauty.
