This 3 bedroom/2 bath beachfront condo in the Apollo is a second floor end unit (#210). The building is located on the desirable south end of the beach. Enjoy fabulous sunsets from our large beach front balcony. Amenities include 2 tennis courts, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi spa, exercise room, and an on-site restaurant. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bath and glass doors onto the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV in addition to the one in the living room. This unit has a fully equipped, renovated, kitchen with granite counter-tops and its own laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. The condo is also equipped with linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, kids beach toys, beach umbrella, hair dryer, a blender, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots and pans and cooking utensils. The maximum capacity is 7 people. This is a non-smoking unit.
Had a great stay. The Apollo has a very pleasant staff, and it's convenient to have a casual beach restaurant right in the building. The pool/hot tub area was nicely kept, and since we had some cool weather while we were there, it offered a good place to get some protection from the breeze and still enjoy the outdoors.
The big balcony really makes a difference for a condo unit. It practically doubles the living space, especially with the large sliding glass doors open. It would be hard to beat the views of the sunset from there.
The condo was clean, fully equipped kitchen, alot of bath and beach towels. The coolers and push cart were a plus, making it easy to get all of our stuff to the beach. Karen was very thorough in getting back to me quickly. The staff was super nice. The views from the patio were amazing. This is my third time at Marco Island and I love it here! It was our annual girls trip and we had a blast, as always.
A couple of complaints. The condo is right next to a lot with dumpsters. At times it smelled like garbage and it would be really loud when they would throw garbage in them. Which at times was very early in the morning. One of the bedrooms is very small with no closet. There were 2 women who were in that room which made things very tight. There was only one elevator working. We were there for 5 days, you think it would've been fixed in that time frame. Having to use a key for EVERY door was a pain, especially the main lobby door. Of course it was fine to use for our condo door.
All in all we had a fabulous time!

The common area of the building is beautiful and made me quite excited to open the door to our condo (though the door could use a fresh swipe of paint). We were pleasantly surprised that it not only lived up to our expectations, it exceeded them. We had a breathtaking view of the sunset over the Gulf every night and were just an elevator ride away from the sand. The smells from the Sunset Grille were tantalizing, and even though we were only on the 2nd floor, we were never disturbed by noise from the establishment. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen had EVERYTHING, the bathrooms were updated....the only thing that would have made it more complete was having a beach cart to carry items to the beach. We were extremely pleased with the wall of sliding glass doors for entrance onto the deck - it made the whole condo feel so open, huge and inviting. We'll rent again!
Having never visited MI, we were thoroughly pleased with all aspects of our family vacation! Our condo choice was outstanding...spacious, colorful, well-appointed and maintained, and exceptionally CLEAN, right on the beautiful beachfront. Our ocean views were spectacular, and our gracious owners provided all needed amenities, including floats, chairs and even plush, oversized beach towels!!! Surrounding food choices were excellent, and we can highly recommend the Capri Fish House on the Isle of Capri as one of those! We additionally enjoyed a 2 1/2 hr. jet ski adventure from there through both open water and narrow, twisting mangrove passageways guided by Mike, the owner of the restaurant! It was truly one of the highlights of our fabulous vacation!!! I highly recommend MI for a wonderful beach destination vacation and our condominium as the home in which to reside in your home away!!!

• We collect 2 payments. 1/3 is due as a deposit and the remainder is due 60 days prior to your stay.
• Discounts are given for multi-week stays.
• We like to keep to a Saturday to Saturday stay in February, March, April, July and August, but try to be flexible in other months if possible.
• The Apollo Condo Association charges a $25 Parking Fee per rental. This is handled by the building Manager on site.
