Perfect Cottage with a view
The photos just do not do this property justice. It is beyond charming- the view is incredible and the back patio area is just perfect. We would enjoy the stars in the evening sitting in the chaise lounge and our coffee in the morning at the little high top table.
The interior is very Southwestern themed and has a great zen like flow.
The owner was quite charming and even had snacks, breakfast items, coffee with cream and sugar as well as organic milk, coconut water and lots of flyers and information on tours, local restaurants and current events.
We will definitely make this our home away from home each time we go to Sedona!
Nice get away!
We enjoyed 2 nights. Old Town Cottonwood is a hidden gem. We would stay again.
Thank you ! It was a pleasure to meet you! Do come again!
This is a beautiful place. Set in the back of a quiet neighborhood with views of the red rocks in the distance from every window and from the bed as well. Perfect size for a couple. Very nice private back yard space with wonderful landscaping and very cool copper privacy screens. Just a great place to relax and unwind- and still close to everything. Michelle is a wonderful host. She checked in with us ahead of time and asked about food preferences. She provided coffee, almond milk, fruit and snacks for us. We will definitively be returning to her lovely place again!
Thank you, please visit again. It was lovely meeting you and hosting you, Gabe!
We are happy you loved the views and privacy!
Beautiful Cottonwood Getaway
Michelle was such a thoughtful host and her guesthouse is simply stunning! We arrived a little early so we were lucky enough to meet Michelle (she's the nicest person!) and she was so considerate! She had stocked the kitchen with some goodies for us (checking in with us prior about dietary preferences/needs, which was so thoughtful because my husband and eat a plant-based diet with lots of fruit) so we were all set for breakfast and snacks the following day! And we were visiting over the winter holidays so it was was a bit chilly but Michelle had provided space heaters for us and we also had the fireplace too — needless to say we were very cozy, even though it was a chilly 25°F outside. We were so thankful to have access to a full kitchen (with a blender... yay!) and we also had a place to collect recycling. I find that most vacation rentals don't bother with that, so that was a nice touch! Also appreciated that Michelle opted for a toaster oven the kitchen instead of microwaves for health reasons. There was also a binder full of fun things to do and her favorite local spots. Michelle was very easy to communicate with and super responsive. I would definitely stay at her beautiful place again if given the chance :)
