LAS BOAS is located at the entrance of the marina on the absolute top location of Ibiza Town, MARINA BOTAFOCH. ALSO ASK FOR USE OF OUR OWN PORSCHE CAYENNE.

The apartment (surface 104m2 + terrace 23m2)

Has been completely redesigned in 2015. The private elevator gives you direct access to the apartment on the first floor. It features 2 luxury bedrooms with 4 beds (expandable to 5), 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath / shower combination and one with rain shower, a nice living room and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Through its own underground private parking with numbered parking has direct access to the elevator to the apartment, so your comfort and privacy are guaranteed. There is 24 hour security. Using the huge pool with associated facilities is free.

The fully retractable sliding form the terrace of another 23 sqm and living a whole. From the living room and the terrace you really always the festive atmosphere and ambience of the flamboyantly colorful building. You have a unique view of the huge pool and the Marina Botafoch, situated in Dalt Vila.

The residential complex Las Boas

was designed by the famous French architect Jean Nouvel, is located in the marina of Ibiza Town Marina Botafoch. The complex embraces a large open space decorated in beach style with a huge pool of 5000 m2, a gym with sauna facilities, a children's pool with a play area and 24 hour security.


The apartment has one of the most fantastic views of the Balearic Islands and is ideally located between the top clubs of the island, Pacha, Lio, and Blue Marlin Marina. In the foreground is Marina Ibiza, the marina where the most exclusive visitors to the island during the summer season moor their luxury yachts. Dalt Vila and Talamanca beach are 15 minutes' walk. Breakfast at the Blue Marlin Marina is a treat.

The swimming pool

Around the huge pool of 5000m2 made in the shape of a bay is a large open space in beach style with luxurious lounge beds, chairs and armchairs. Jacuzzi, spa (sauna and hammam) and fitness make your luxurious feel complete. There is also a children's pool and a room equipped with children's play area.

Het mooiste appartement waar ik mijn vakantie heb gevierd! Het is groot, luxueus en heeft een moderne inrichting met een geweldig zwembad! Adembenemend uitzicht op de haven. Het biedt ook veel privacy! Ik heb erg genoten en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Top!

Luxe appartement met zeer gunstige ligging

Al diverse malen van dit heerlijke apartement mogen genieten. Op loopafstand van Ibiza-stad, maar ook binnen 10 minuten via een bootje te bereiken. Dichtbij Pacha, Lio en het fijne strand Talamanca. ‘s Ochtends genieten van een koffie bij Cappuccino en ‘s avonds van een cocktail bij Calma met uitzicht op Ibiza-stad! Fijn contact met de Nederlandse eigenaar. Kom hier graag regelmatig terug.

Heerlijk apartement en die locatie

Eerlijk gezegd nog nooit in zo’n mooi Appartement gezeten. Ook locatie is top. Vlakbij Lio, in 10 minuten met bootje naar Ibiza stad. Nederlandse eigenaar, dat was voor ons handig. Zeer schoon, alles lijkt wel nieuw. Komen volgend jaar zeker terug.

Mooi appartement. Schoon en modern ingericht. Ligging is perfect op loopafstand van de oude stad. Groot zwembad met ligbedden en zitjes. Veel privacy. Goede service van de eigenaar.
