"relaxing getaway! "

Lovely area located just a minutes walk to the beach. Plenty of really nice restaurants located along the promenade. the locals are also very friendly. Would recommend!

Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car and romantic getaway

About the area Coast/Beach 2 minute walk to blue flag beach with play area's for children. Board walk to protect your feet from the hot sand where you can hire Sun loungers & sun parasols for an hour, day or week. Golf Playa Serena Golf 3 km approx , La Envia Golf 10 km. Bike hire on promenade ,Boat and water sports at Real Club Nautico. Sightseeing Train outside local Hotel. Almeria Town is approx 25 mins drive .skying 1 hour and 56 minutes drive , Granada has the Alcazaba Moorish Castle, Cathedral, shops, bars and restaurants and there is also a beach front. The Gran Plaza Shopping Mall is just 15 minuets and has some nice boutiques, restaurants and a cinema (reached by bus). There is a Waterpark and Aquarium near the Gran Plaza. A weekly market (except for the last Thursday of the month) and a Sunday market at Vicar. Fishing port/Marina is a mile away walking distance. A perfect location for that quiet relaxing holiday. Loved the array of local cafes and bars, as well as the lovely beach walks. The apartment had everything we needed: space; cooking facilities; TV; and a fabulous balcony and roof terrace. Hopefully, the first of many stays!!!!!

Ruined holiday and wasted money. Our reserved time to stay January 18th - March 19th 2018.

Hi. We would like to share our awful experience in this property with the future tenants who would want to rent this flat in the winter. This flat has been advertised as a ''WINTER SUN'' property. In the first day of us arriving to the flat we have been shocked by the cold and damp in there but Sandra (carer of this place) assured us that after couple days it will be nice and warm. But it never occurred. The sun in there never came to the balcony, to the lounge and to the small bedroom the whole day. Some sun spells came to the master bedroom and to the toilet. This building has open corridors and massive draft going to the main door. The flat is fitted with one oil radiator we used constantly daily , as with our lung condition we can not use the conditioners, also this property is fitted by a pay electric meter with the high rate of electricity usage. In the site the owner says it will be enough for everything 3-4 euros a day, we have spent for 24 days of stay 100euros. If we would use this radiator for 24 hours a day as it really needed it would cost us 8-10 euros a day which is absolutely ridiculous. Also my wife got a severe back pain she never had before caused by damp and cold in this flat. She had to take tablets-pain killers and use the back pain relief ointment we bought in the local pharmacy. We have been in Andalucía Spain many times, it was the third time in Roquetas de Mar and 4 times in Nerja, so we are quit experienced travellers but we never have been experienced with something like this , it ruined our holiday and we do lost a lots of money as we had to came back home on 12th February Monday. We have been mislead by the property owner's advert in this site. This flat is NOT suitable for winter let at all. We guess the owner let this flat in the winter for the first time with us to see how it works, while 24 days staying there we have seen just a few occupants in this block, mostly this building was empty, people are not silly like us. We have tried to discuss with the owner about a refund, but he just ignoring our messages as it is not his problem, he got the money and do not care about anything else. Bob and Elena.

Lovely apartment a few minutes walk from the sea.

Well maintained apartment with all mod cons and a roof which gets the sun all day long ...sunbather’s paradise.

Great tapas bars and restaurants close by and 18km. promenade which affords as much or as little exercise (walking or cycling ) to those inclined.would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break.

Excellent property in great location

Great property with sea views. Fantastic roof terrace, in good complex with communal pool . cafes and bars nearby. Shops, beach and lovely long promenade within 3 minute walk. I would Highly recommend this property.

The perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach restaurants and bike shop. Long promenade for walking and a fabulous cycle path which we used every day. Sunshine and serenity😁
