You will live in / out using the 91 m² open 60 m2 of deck.

At the rear of the house, 35 m2 terrace (east side), direct access from ground floor to the kitchen table, chairs, loungers, brazier table for children, land planted pine forest boundary.

At the front of the house, 25 m2 terrace, south exposure, broad access full foot with the full opening of windows in the living room. Resin lounge with coffee table, chairs, umbrella ...

Jederzeit wieder :)

Schön eingerichtetes Haus, sauber und gepflegt, sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Einrichtung und Ausstattung entsprachen der Anzeige.

Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Stichstrasse, ruhige Lage, mit "sozialer" Kontrolle (Ferienhäuser und von "Einheimischen" bewohnte Häusern als "Nachbarn"), empfand ich beruhigend. Wer nicht zu dieser "Siedlung" gehört fällt auf. Zur Not half auch ein Nachbar bei Fragen. Wir wurden als Gäste herzlich aufgenommen.

Der super Sandstrand liegt keine 200 m (geschätzt) vom Haus entfernt.

Ein Auto ist nötig, denn außer eine kleine Bäckerei ist nichts vor Ort. Besorgungen, Einkäufe etc. kann man nur direkt in La Tranche machen.

Gleich in der Nähe ist ein großes Waldgebiet mit gut ausgebauten "Wanderwegen". Festes Schuhwerk, genug zu Trinken und etwas zu Essen einpacken und dann diesen Wald erkunden; es lohnt sich! Es sind dort auch schöne Picknickplätze eingerichtet und ein Trimm-Dich-Pfad.

La Tranche sur Mer ist ein schöner, kleiner Badeort, aber mit vielen Freizeitangeboten für Groß und Klein und einem sehr gut ausgebautem Fahrradnetz. Fahrradverleih gibt es, ist eigentlich auch bezahlbar- aber für die Räder werden Kautionen verlangt (250.-- bis 300.--). Also genügend Geld einstecken. Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern/ Jugendliche) hatten eine schöne, erholsame Zeit.
