Welcome to this beautiful 3 bedroom duplex of 40 m² very well equipped on the 1st floor of a villa with 6 apartments situated 200 m from the 2 most beautiful beaches of Carnac Ty Bihan and Légenèse. Geographical location makes it an ideal vacation spot for young children.
Balcony without vis-à-vis overlooking a park. Secure entry with intercom and electric control. very calm residence.
2 bedrooms, one with fitted floor of a large bed The second bedroom is equipped with pull-out beds (90x190). In addition, we provide a baby cot umbrella.
A living room, separate toilets, bathroom equipped with a shower and sink, covered terrace.
All windows have shutters blackout (power to the bay window)

Superbe appartement 200m de la mer

Propriété calme bien entretenu, appartement très propre fonctionnelle, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir,très bien situé, pas loin des commerce .

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très agréable location. L'appartement est très bien équipé, calme et sa situation est idéale pour profiter des 2 plages à pied. Nous conseillons sans hésiter cette location.

Véritable cocooning

Appartement parfais. La situation est excellente pour découvrir la Bretagne qui est merveilleuse L’appartement Est très calme et proche des plages. Carnac est à quelques minutes en voiture Toutes commodité à proximité. L’accueil et le départ effectué très professionnel et avec gentillesse. Nous recommandons cette location.

belle résidence et appartement lumineux et propre équipements correct pour 2 ou 3 personnes 2eme chambre fait pour 1 personne mais pas pour deux très bonne accueil très belle vue du balcon
