About this property

There are hardwood floors, high ceilings and plenty of windows to let in natural light. We decorated it with simple, mostly vintage furniture which highlights the space s charm but keeps it uncluttered.
If you like to cook, use the fully outfitted kitchen to prepare your meals.
Our property is full of greenery, even in the colder months. Relax out in the yard or on the patio down below.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. There is plenty of room in the driveway for 2 cars.

The apartment is in Fairfax, part of the popular historic Avondale/Riverside neighborhood. You can walk to Chomp Chomp, a hip local restaurant known for its sandwiches. Also within walking distance is a Publix Shopping Center and a CVS. If you want to explore 5 Points and any of the other beautiful parts or the area, it s a short drive or even a bike ride.
If you are here to visit the beaches, they are only about 30 minutes away! (You can even borrow my old beater surfboard if you promise to bring it back in one piece.)

The apartment is located a few blocks away from Roosevelt Blvd. which conveniently leads directly to the junction of I-10 and I-95.

Great Stay!

I had a great time staying at the "Classic Garage Apartment". Although it's an old building that feels different from a hotel, I found it to be clean and safe which is all I needed. The kitchen is stocked well for cooking and I really liked the cute dishware. The rental had everything I needed to feel at home. There is a TV and wifi (although the wifi works best in the living room area). Location: I stayed here on my own as a young female, so safety was a priority, and the neighbourhood felt safe enough to walk around comfortably. It was also in a convenient location so that I could walk to Publix for groceries and nearby restaurants for food. I also enjoyed walking to a park on the river. The hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly during my stay to answer questions. Thank you!

Cute property

We have stayed in Riverside several times and like to try out new places. This little apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Close to everything, clean, easy check in and quiet.

Jacksonville Apartment

Check-in was so effortless. I was surprised that coffee was already provided,, which means my day,, as the first thing I want in the morning is a cup of coffee.. The apartment was very clean and uncluttered. It was cold in Jacksonville the week of Thanksgiving. I definitely needed heat. Learning how to operate the space heaters was a bit tricky. The manager sent their handyman to help with this in a timely manner. I prepared a Thanksgiving meal in the well equipped kitchen.
