Perfect Beach place!
The condo itself was one of the nicest l have ever rented. Comfortable, well equipped, spa tub, radiant heated bathroom floor, amazing patio & views. The neighbors were rude and inhospitable!<br />
Mind you l am a 72 year old woman, running my handicapped niece to drs appointment almost every day. That bathroom saved us!!!

Birch Bay Stay
This one bedroom condo was perfect for our purposes. We had lovely view of the beach across the street. Low tides were fun to explore since you can walk 1/3 mile out to meet the water. The unit was clean. Vacasa was responsive and helpful when we had to open a lock box to find a house key. The combination door locked only from the inside. Combination would not lock up, only unlock.
The condo complex was not welcoming! Seems l should have had a parking pass neither l nor the management company were aware of. The parking lot was rarely half full and l had a handicap sticker but they were not impressed. The owners put a damper on what was otherwise a lovely condo and visit. They do a good job of keeping the landscaping attractive. There was new siding going up and we had an expansion ladder and workmen were coming and going most of the day. Might have made a different choice had l known about the construction project.
Unit was clean & kitchen was fairly well stocked. Everything worked appliances large & small. We enjoyed the spa tub and heated floors.
When l return in July l will stay elsewhere.

We try our best to inform guests when there is any kind of construction or maintenance happening but sometimes we are not made aware in time. However, we are glad to hear that our staff was responsive and that they were able to get you in the home in a timely manner.
