About the property

Max. guests: 8, Indoor area: 150 m2, Ground area: 250 m2, Bedrooms: 3, Bathrooms: 2,

This lovely old stone house has three bedrooms for the maximum capacity of 8 persons. It has been beautifully restored with a lot of character. There are lots of original features like the old tiles in the living room. All of the bedrooms are comfortable and air conditioned. WiFi internet is also available. A covered terrace with a barbecue provides the perfect dining area by the stone-decked pool, which is surrounded by stone walls providing complete privacy. The villa is at the end of the village immersed in a relaxing natural environment and therefore ideal for family activities, romantic getaways and relaxation.

Villa Milica is one of the first housing objects in Istria rewarded with an Eco Domus certificate, which guarantees that the guests are staying in an eco friendly villa. In order to get the certificate, the villa had to meet conditions such as using eco friendly detergents and recycling. The idea of the project ist to make Istria a “green region” and to limit the impact the villas have on the local environment.

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Milica. The property is even more impressive in real life than in the photos on the website. It is very well equipped, with the highlights for us being the pool and the BBQ. The villa is in a small village about 10km from the nearest town, which means it is wonderfully quiet.

My wife, who was unable to get around much due to a recent knee injury, loved watching and listening to the local birds which visited the nearby trees. The well-designed pool steps also made it possible for her to get into the water.

Our host, Franko, was a star, waiting around to greet us late at night after our flight was delayed, and looked after us very well during our stay. His delivery of beautiful fresh fish from Pula was particularly appreciated!

We would definitely recommend Villa Milica to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful, tranquil setting.

Villa Milica is a beautifully restored villa, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The villa is a haven of tranquillity and is very private, surrounded by nature. There is a good restaurant a 3 minute walk from the villa and a local shop selling local produce. The owners of the villa Franko and Ivana went the extra mile to make our stay really enjoyable from the warm welcome we received and extremely helpful information they provided on the local area and places of interest, activities, best restaurants etc. Thank you again Franko and Ivana we had an amazing holiday and were 100% happy with everything in the villa. Hope to visit again one day! Gill, Keith, Gemma, Ellie and Natty
