Great building, upscale neighborhood, great location!
What makes this House unique
Great location out to shops and eateries. Bus at zip through Presidio..

Wonderful accommodation in top neighborhood
We had no idea that we were booking accommodation in one of SFO's best neighborhoods. We loved our stay here. The room was great and the lounge/li tary was a really relaxing space.
Springer was excellent with responses to questions we had. She even helped us to organise delivery of a parcel to pick up when we arrived.
We lived our morning walks to local cafes for breakfast. Jane's on Filmore was one of our favourites.
Downtown was a lovely 50 minute walk or $10-15 Uber ride. As much as we enjoyed the beautiful city, it was always wonderful to return home to our room in Presidio.
The bed was so comfortable and the room was so quiet. We slept amazingly well.
We would highly recommend this property.
Tha k you Springer.
Everything was clean and comfy as described. Springer was in touch to see if we needed anything.
Very nice room in Victorian style house.
Excellent experience in this home. The check in was very easy, there was nearby parking, the room was very clean and comfortable and it was in a great location for using public transportation. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone going to San Francisco.
So much to see
This was a great base to start exploring the San Francisco area. The Muni was easy to use & we were able to travel all over.
Great place to stay!
This was such a great find! We are so glad we chose to stay here. It was such a nice and safe area, we pretty much walked and rode scooters everywhere we went
I love this area- I love being a big hill away from Lyon Steps to get to Union St and Chestnut!
I chose this location because when I come to SF for work, I try to avoid Union Square and the tourists.
This is a bit further than my last stay when I had a 2nd floor VRBO on Union St - but I love long walks, I love the hills, the Lyon St steps, etc.
The room is comfortable and has a great feel. Beautiful library to the left of the room. It is a bit odd knowing you are "sharing" a bathroom with the business owner down below- I guess not having your own attached privacy of bathroom could be off-putting- however I never encountered anyone in the whole building and had a great amount of privacy.
Contact with management was timely and efficient.
The only negative I could mention for light sleepers is that although beautifully remodeled, it's and old building. You hear anyone opening/shutting a door. When anyone is remotely vocal it feels loud. I didn't sleep very well the first night with some activity above me- but I bought some Zyquil and slept like a baby the other 2 nights!
I would stay here again.
