Great little space for two people with a toddler. We stayed for a week. Working vacation. The full kitchen was great. Washer and dryer super bonus. Loved the layout of the apartment. Access to a yard if wanted (it was cold when we stayed, so no playing outside). Didn't love the smoke smell seeping through the bathroom. Thankfully it went away and was only there for 1 day. Would for sure stay here again. Parking was not amazing but there is a garage option, if your vehicle fits. Nissan Titan Pickups do not fit. Haha! Great place! Great hosts! Helpful and responsive! Great price! And easy to work with! Close to most things. THANK YOU!

It was nice to have the inter urban trail right behind the property and a grocery store within walking distance. over all our stay was fine.

Extremely disappointed with poor communication.

We ended up not being able to travel due to exposure to Covid. The property manager acted as if he were willing to transfer our dates and then ignored my emails attempting to work things out. We were charged full price for a vacation we never had. We have stayed there twice before without any problems. Will not be staying there again.

The unit was very disappointing.

After arriving at the property we were disappointed and did not stay there. The interior did not live up to the photos, there was a lingering odor of old cigarettes and we did not feel safe in the neighborhood both parking our car on the street and walking to the unit after dark. As a result we had to find a hotel, so our stay in Spokane Valley was very expensive having to pay for both a hotel and apartment. We communicated the situation to the manager of the unit and received no response.

This worked very well for us. We were traveling with two adult children. Plenty of room and sleeping accommodations for all 4 of us. It was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the amenities. Having a garage was great.
