Very clean well cared for condo. Lots of room for our 4 adults and 2 children.
This condo fit our needs perfectly. We had 5 adults and 1 child. It was clean and well equipped for the most part. Master bed could use a new mattress. Had some issues with a toilet but able to make it usable ourselves. But all in all a great experience.
Great place to stay.
This was a great place to stay. Somethings could be updated, but over all it was great. Neighbors were all nice.
Condo complex was nice. Easy access to the beach. General housekeeping of unit could be improved.
Condo property appears well maintained. Unit itself needs some work. Kitchen was well equipped. Bath towels need to be replaced. Porch furniture needs to be replaced. Cannot even be used. Nicely decorated. Overall spacious, bedrooms comfortable. Cleaning could be improved on. We would stay there again.
Beautiful Condo. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice Decor. But beds, Couches, and Outdoor furniture all need Major up dating. The sofa and Love seat you sink into and cant get out and if you like sleeping on the floor that is what these beds are like. Out door furniture fell apart as we sat in them. Dog Pee stains in the master bedroom in front of the sliding door. When we arrived you couldnt see out the sliding door to the porch we cleaned the window and the dirt in the track and had to sweep up all the debris from the outdoor furniture falling apart. The bedspreads on the queen and full beds were dirty and we washed them and the King bed has no mattress pad. If I were staying longer than a week I would have washed the king bedspread too and all the pillows. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the grounds are very well groomed. When Im on vacation a good nite sleep is important. These beds were the worst.
We are sorry to read about the problems you encountered and do wish you had called so we could assist you and improve your stay. The property manager leaves their card in the room prior to each guest arrival to enable our guests with assistance when needed. The patio furniture has been replaced, the carpets have been shampooed, and we do have staff in place to address things like the dirty windows. Thank you!
