very nice, would stay again
loved that the property was right on the beach, kids loved playing in the ocean
Beautiful condo by the sea!
This was a wonderful get away! The house was clean and just as described. I will definitely be staying again.
Great location, comfortable family setting.
P50 is located at the south end of Pajaro Dunes near the Pajaro River, where the beach is very private, the birds plentiful, and the views are stunning. The home is cozy, with thick carpeting, plentiful linens, toys, beach equipment and anything else you could need. If anything, the house has too much stuff in it--3 blenders, 3 coffee makers (plus a small french press!) and redundant dishes. The furniture is a little mismatched, leaving the impression that the house captures the owners' castaways. Nonetheless, the view from the master bedroom is truly breathtaking, the beds were comfortable, and there was room for all of us!
clean 3 bedroom condo on the beach, but very cold and the kitchen is cluttered
This is a nice property, ground floor unit, decent location, very clean, with one queen bedroom downstairs and two large bedrooms upstairs, 2 1/2 small bathrooms, a big dining table in a small space. Beds are comfy, living room seating area is also comfy and adequate size. The property receives only 2 stars because the heater in the living area is not functional (maintenance checked while we were there) and the downstairs is very COLD in December (58 degrees) - although the downstairs bedroom has a working heater, so it's just the living room, kitchen and dining area that are freezing. Management gave us a space heater but it wouldn't provide the needed heat. The unit has a working fireplace in the living room which provided some warmth, but the overall temp in the living area was uncomfortably cold. Also not great were that the kitchen cabinets are very cluttered, jam packed full of duplicate equipment, leaving NO room to for our own non-perishables, and requiring us to keep our food on the counter and the floor, around the sink, on the table, etc.. May not be a big deal to some, but it made for little room to prep food, without needing to shuffle things around all the time. 12 frying pans, 3 coffee makers, countless mixing bowls, and more redundancy is troublesome when the space is needed for the food we bring in for the week. Seemed like it may be a dumping place for stuff the owners should just give away. I cannot recommend this unit. We rented another unit in the same complex the following weekend, with a great view, and everything was well appointed. Pajaro Dunes is a favorite for us, and we will be returning, just not to this unit. If the owners make the needed repairs to the living room heaters and clear out their kitchen, this unit could receive 4 stars.
