Nice unit with all you need to make the vacation time. The Tiki Bar - good idea! But during the storm last weekend, the sign was blowing away from the strong wind.
From our first contact with the owner this was an outstanding rental experience. We were first time visitors, visiting family and being close to them was important but as it turned out the location was central for exploring all over the island. The pride in ownership was evident as the unit was in excellent condition. Very comfortable and no noise issues. Stayed for a week, wish I could have stayed longer. I would not hesitate to rent here again.

We had a fantastic time in Kawai'i and much of this was due to our fabulous condo rental. The location was perfect to tour either side of the island. It was peaceful with the sound of the waves and had a fantastic view. We took advantage of the private lanai to have breakfast outside every morning, even when it rained (thanks to the covered balcony)! Kevin has thought of everything: beach equipment, including chairs and a cooler (with ice packs in the freezer!), high end appliances (silent dishwasher, front loading washer/dryer, fridge with an ice machine), a full DVD collection, and a confortable bed. The condo is spacious and confortable and equiped with A/C. We highly recommend this rental. If ever we return to Kawai'i, we will definitely want to rent this unit again! Mahalo, Kevin!
I don't even want to write a review because I want to keep this condo a secret! This condo had everything we needed....beach supplies, a well stocked kitchen, air conditioning, beautiful pool area and I can't say enough about the view! The condo is very well maintained, as is the whole complex. The condo is in a perfect location on the island. The complex is small and quiet. The owner was very easy to work with. My family and I will definitely be staying at this condo again!
We stayed in this Wailua Bay location for five nights (June 12-17, 2016). It was easy to get into the condo with the great directions from Kevin. The condo was completely clean and stocked with everything that we needed for our stay, including laundry detergent. The location of the condo is perfect to get to all areas of the island. This was our first experience in Kauai and we will definitely be back again! We really appreciated the packet of information that was sent to us prior to arrival as that allowed us to better prepare and develop our itinerary for what to do on the island. Mahalo!
This condo is just wonderful! It is located in the Coconut Coast which makes it very easy to visit either the North or South part of the island. There are many restaurants close by as well as grocery stores and souvenir shops. The views from the balcony are perfect. The condo has everything you would need for your stay. Plenty of towels, beach towels, blankets, laundry detergent, dish washing soap and more. Very nice appliances, washer and dryer were great too. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities needed to cook your meals. The condo is super clean and nicely decorated. Great wifi, plenty of DVDs, books, and games. Plenty of beach equipment such as coolers, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. This place has everything!!!! The booking process was smooth and easy. Thank you Kevin for all the information you provided us regarding the condo and the island!! We had a GREAT time!!!! We will definitely recommend this condo to our family and friends!
The condo was wonderful....great location and didn't hear much traffic. One suggestion-the bed could be firmer. Thanks to Kevin for a wonderful stay...we will be back.
