The kitchen is galley styled with integrated oven & hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle & toaster.

The bathroom has an over the bath power shower and heated towel rail.

Outside the back of the apartment, there is fenced in seating area (shared with next door neighbour) overlooking a small woodland.

Cozy little flat in a very quiet village. Lovely stay.

This flat was well equipped with everything one needs. Clean and bright. Our only issue was a few spiders who popped up from time to time. Of street parking is great.

Very quiet flat, accessible location.

Good standard and more than worth the price. Everything a couple could want. Even has arrangement with business across the road allowing private off road parking.. We didn't get the good weather but the location is excellent for accessing all Fife has to offer, including the Coastal Path that runs through the town. We needed the heating and hot shower, and the system makes it cosy, even on overcast drizzly (but romantic) Scottish summer days and nights. Despite being in flatted building, the access is private and it was very quiet and peaceful. The town has basic little shops and food outlets, just yards away, but the addition recently of an artisan ice cream and cheesecake parlour should add to the appeal....owner take note and maybe add a flyer to the good info pack already provided.? ...

Bath with overhead shower were fine but it's a bit tight in terms of mouverability, if one is just slightly stiff and not in prime of life...it probably would benefit from refit as more accessible shower only...might be on their to do list at some stage. Again though, that's just a suggested improvement as it was perfectly usable and v. clean. The bedroom is big and could accommodate a child sharing on a putyouup bed. Kitchen is v well provided and the little outside sitting area would have been used more if we'd got the week before,'s weather! We'd love to use the flat again when next up there, suited us well.

Little Break

Absolutely a fantastic place both Neil and Janet were lovely people nothing to much trouble for them. I can't recommend this place enough its so homely very clean and tidy... To say its on the main road you do not hear the traffic. It is a bit out of the way but the buses run regularly and it is a lovely little village plus everything is within easy reach. We will be back no problem

Spar Convenience store & Post Office, East Wemyss Pharmacy, Spicey Bites Take -Away, Jim's Pit Stop Café, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Hair Gallery , Library, Wemyss Central Inn, Bowling Club, Dog Grooming Parlour & Alistair Buchan Car Garage.

The apartment is conveniently located a 30-minute drive from Edinburgh International Airport and a 10 minute drive from Kirkcaldy Train Station.

There is also a regular bus service running in both coastal directions giving good access to Leven, St.Andrews and the East Neuk area of Fife and also Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline, Edinburgh etc.

Fife has many Golf Courses and this area will appeal to the keen golfer. We are also a 5 minute drive from Wellsgreen Golf Range, where you can practice your swing or just pop in for a bite to eat in the restaurant overlooking the course.

East Wemyss is situated on the Fife Coastal Path, and is home to the ancient Wemyss caves & Macduff Castle. The rugged coastline provides stunning walks and plenty of rockpools to explore for marine life.

With excellent road links you can easily explore the many golf courses, fishing villages, museums, theatres, shops and other leisure facilities around Fife.

The Wemyss area has lots of gorgeous coastal and woodland walks leading to the neighbouring villages of West Wemyss and Coaltown. There are guided walks once a month from the Environmental Centre (located in the Primary School) around the famous caves covered in ancient pictish carvings and the ruins of Mcduff Castle.

Our apartment could be an excellent base for your adventures, or perhaps you just need a friendly quiet place to relax and unwind.
