The living room has seating for 5 and a small dining area for 4. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV with freeview and a selection of books and board games.
The bedroom has a double bed and fold out double sofa bed. There is a hairdryer and bedlinen & towels are provided.
The kitchen is galley styled with integrated oven & hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle & toaster.
The bathroom has an over the bath power shower and heated towel rail.
Outside the back of the apartment, there is fenced in seating area (shared with next door neighbour) overlooking a small woodland.

We bought this apartment because we love this area. Its a few minutes walk to both the beach and woods, and the villagers are so friendly.
We stay and work very close by so if you should need anything or encounter any problems we can quickly help.

Absolutely a fantastic place both Neil and Janet were lovely people nothing to much trouble for them. I can't recommend this place enough its so homely very clean and tidy... To say its on the main road you do not hear the traffic. It is a bit out of the way but the buses run regularly and it is a lovely little village plus everything is within easy reach. We will be back no problem
This is a wonderful property with everything that you could need for a comfortable stay. It's a perfect location for exploring the surrounding area - we had a fantastic time exploring the fishing village along the East Neuk coast and had an incredible time at St Andrews. Thank you
This apartment has it all - good size, clean, well stocked kitchen, good Wi-Fi and TV service, quiet, and a great location along the coast of the Kingdom of Fife. The owners were nearby, making them very accessible for questions and assistance. Travel time is less than an hour to Edinburgh by car, and even closer to St. Andrews. Only downside is limited mobile signal.

The apartment is conveniently located a 30-minute drive from Edinburgh International Airport and a 10 minute drive from Kirkcaldy Train Station.
There is also a regular bus service running in both coastal directions giving good access to Leven, St.Andrews and the East Neuk area of Fife and also Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline, Edinburgh etc.
Fife has many Golf Courses and this area will appeal to the keen golfer. We are also a 5 minute drive from Wellsgreen Golf Range, where you can practice your swing or just pop in for a bite to eat in the restaurant overlooking the course.
East Wemyss is situated on the Fife Coastal Path, and is home to the ancient Wemyss caves & Macduff Castle. The rugged coastline provides stunning walks and plenty of rockpools to explore for marine life.
With excellent road links you can easily explore the many golf courses, fishing villages, museums, theatres, shops and other leisure facilities around Fife.
The Wemyss area has lots of gorgeous coastal and woodland walks leading to the neighbouring villages of West Wemyss and Coaltown. There are guided walks once a month from the Environmental Centre (located in the Primary School) around the famous caves covered in ancient pictish carvings and the ruins of Mcduff Castle.
Our apartment could be an excellent base for your adventures, or perhaps you just need a friendly quiet place to relax and unwind.
