Fabulous apartment on the beach with spectacular sea views from every room in the Playa de San Juan / Muchavista.

The sand is 20 feet from the door of the property.

The apartment has a capacity to accommodate up to 8 people comfortably and is equipped with all kitchen utensils, linens and towels needed for a holiday.

There are two double bedrooms and a third with two bunk beds, all with sea views!

The main room consists of a living room with sofa, table, seating for 8 people, has access to the terrace with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.

The complex is equipped with two swimming pools, green areas with swings and basketball courts, soccer, tennis and paddle.

There is a tram stop (tram) to 50 m away that takes you to the center of Alicante and Denia town to the north of the province of Alicante along the Costa Blanca.

La Playa de San Juan / Muchavista extends over 8 miles of white sand and is equipped with swings, bars, restaurants, hammocks ... especially suitable for children.

Spacious apartment in great location

Stayed at the apartment 27 August for a week with two of my friends and their 10 year olds. So total 3 mums and three kids shared the apartment.

It was very easy to find and reach via public transport (Airport bus C6 stops right in front of the tram station MARQ, then hop on L3 tram (every 30 min) and its about 5 Euros in total to get from Airport to Les Llances tram stop. )The apartment is very spacious with a big balcony facing the fabulous beach, two bathrooms and 3 good size bedrooms. Beds were comfy and the combi boiler provides plenty of hot water even with full female occupancy and lots of hair washing going on! The biggest bedroom has a ceiling fan, the others portable fans which are really necessary, the first night was very hot without a breeze and we did talk about AC would be good but the remainder of the stay it cooled down and the fans and breeze were sufficient.

There is a small supermarket (not open on Sunday evening!) and bakery/café just up the road and we did all the shopping there. There are bigger supermarkets around but bit awkward without a car. Restaurants are up and down the coast in walking distance or take tram and walk back on promenade. We also went to Alicante on the tram several times.

Kids enjoyed pool and beach and it was great to have both available. The sea was really wild for a couple of days and with the red flags up it was great to have the pool option. We had some beach chairs and other beach equipment in the flat we were able to use which was great.

All in all a great stay and all through the week I never got the 'English resort' feel, this place is on the Benidorm tram line but feels many miles away. There are many holiday flats but they seem to be mainly used by Spanish families and holiday makers. There are some places to rent beach loungers and umbrellas but most of the beach is free so everyone can put down their beach chairs and umbrellas where they want. Even on the nice days the beach felt spacious and not crowded at all. If you want entertainment, a few of the small beach cafe's have live music on in the evening.

The coast itself has been built up with horrid big high rising towers blocks but the apartment is in a small 3 story block which I personally really liked. Best thing for me was the balcony with full view on the beach and promenade... many hours spent drinking Larios, chatting and watching the world go by.

Great location right on the seafront, with easy access to surrounding areas. Perfect for families!

Spacious and well equipped apartment with a large, superb balcony with fantastic views. The children loved the swimming pools, courts and gardens.

The tram stop was so convenient- being right on the doorstop!

Restaurants we would recommend include La Vela, La Cumbre which are close to the apartment. Also Casa Julia on San Juan beach was fabulous. Fully recommendable and an experience we would repeat!

Alicante Beach Flat

Fantastic Flat for our large family. It was well supplied and the manager and owner were great in their communication and support. We would definitely come here again. The beach is awesome and the amenities are located nearby. It was the best part of our time in Spain for sure.

Spacious and well-equipped, lovely apartment in convenient location by beach

We had a very nice holiday staying in this lovely apartment in June, which is very conveniently located by Les Llances tram stop, from where there are trams to Alicante city and also up the coast towards Benidorm, which is where the water and other amusement parks are located. The apartment is big and well-equipped, with a large balcony overlooking the beautiful beach. Eight people, for example two couples with four children between them, could stay here very comfortably. Detailed instructions regarding the apartment, use of appliances and local area were provided by the owner and all aspects of the stay were very well-organised. The apartment is in a great location directly fronting the beach and it also comes with the communal use of two fantastic pools and gardens. I think there may also be access to tennis courts, although we did not use that facility. The apartment does not have air conditioning, however we did not find this a problem as fans are provided and, given its first floor location facing the sea, the apt benefits from the sea breeze. We have family in Alicante and have visited many times, staying in various locations - we would certainly stay here again. I would say that this apartment is a real find.

Fabulous Location

The spacious apartment is across the road from a beautiful, quiet beach and a tram stop. Fabulous views. The owner Pablo, Lola who looks after the apartment, and the neighbours are friendly and helpful. There is a small supermarket, bakers, ice cream parlour and pub/restaurant a few minutes walk away. More restaurants, beach bars along the promenade and loads of places to eat and shop in El Campello which is a few stops on the tram or 25 minutes walk along the sea front. My young granddaughter enjoyed practising her Spanish with the locals. I would recommend if you prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle of busy resorts.
