We love this property for so many reasons! One of the best experiences 202 Ontario has to offer is sitting in the fourth floor deck hot tub and taking in the breathtaking views of Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, and Main Street; experience this and there is no doubt this Old Town house is exceptional. The location is ideal… few minutes’ drive to the ski resorts and walk to Main Street or to the free town shuttle transit center.

What makes this house unique

Many vacationers think staying at the resorts, maybe even ski in/out, is the best way to go. As a Park City local for over 10 years, I can promise you that staying in Old Town is the place to be. We have 3 ski resorts to enjoy in Park City, 9 ski resorts in the state of Utah and they are all setup for you to drive, park and ski. However, everybody goes into Old Town at night, because that's where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located. You'll laugh at everyone scrambling in their cars trying to find a place to park, as you walk down and back to Main Street from your house.

Great Location!

Our family stayed here for my brother's wedding over Columbus Day. The house was exactly as advertised. The owners were easy to communicate with and helped us rent baby supplies through Guardian Angel (also very satisfied with their service). We had 8 adults and two small children with us. The layout of the house meant that we were all on separate floors which was actually quite nice because it felt like everyone had their own space. Great kitchen with everything we needed for making breakfasts for 10 people. Bathrooms were spacious, linens provided were excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. Hot tub at night was fantastic! Great views! We walked downtown each night, less than a fifteen minute walk. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house and location in Park City

We live in Utah and Park City is one of our favorite destinations. After looking over many different options and reading lots of reviews, we decided to reserve this house. It was awesome! The locations was a block away from Main Street and easily accessible by walking or bikes to trails that lead all over town. One of my favorite parts about staying in this upscale, beautiful home was the view that you wake up to every morning! It truly was spectacular. The home was well equipped with all that was needed to relax, cook a meal and spend some quality downtime.

Once I decided to rent this home the process was effortless. Another favorite part of the trip was the check out process. We had to do very little except get our own belongings out of the home to check out. It really felt like a true vacations. The home owner, Bo was awesome to work with. He was quick to respond to any inquiries and was very flexible in helping make our trip enjoyable. I would whole heartedly rent this home again!

This Park City house is Perfect!

I stayed at this house for a month in July/Aug.It is a lovely house.Lots of rooms,great kitchen and the best views in Park City.The house is only a few minutes to town but I was happy just staying here.I adored it and will return next year.Thank you Bo.

Fantastic

We had a lovely stay at Park City! My husband and I were traveling with 5 young adults - ages 17-21. There was plenty of room for all, and we especially enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen (we love to cook) and large dining table and gathering area on the main floor. We were a bit intimidated at first by the walk into town...since the house is up a bit in the mountainside...but found it a surprisingly easy and quick walk, even after a long day of skiing.

Booking and renting were both effortless and worry free.

Beautiful house with beautiful view. Felt cozy but still large enough for two families.

The ease of being able to walk into town for dinner really made the trip. Super convenient location but still quiet and away from the traffic and noise of town. Easy to communicate with the manager, from booking, payment and questions as they arose.

Amazing!

Our group of 5 moms looking for a relaxing getaway recently stayed at this beautiful home. It was perfect for us; the beds were all very comfortable, we had plenty of room to spread out, and we loved drinking our morning coffee and evening wine in the hot tub. The proximity tp the main street was awesome--close enough to walk to just about everything. We spent a whole day at the Montage spa and would highly recommend it. It's stunning. We'd also recommend High Mark Distillery for dinner and No Names for a fun, lively atmosphere. We would definitely come again!
