This fantastic apartment is located in the neighborhood of Principe Real which is increasingly a cosmopolitan area with streets filled with palaces, gardens and viewpoints. It is a place full of life and great for those interested in the arts because here you can find several clothing stores, designer boutiques, antique shops and museums. This apartment is very close to the Assembly of the Republic and to Baixa-Chiado, it is an area of excellence for exploring Lisbon on foot, because in just 7 minutes you can find yourself in the garden of Principe Real or Cais do Sodré, where you can take the tram No. 15 to Belem or train to Cascais to go to the beach. At 100meters from the apartment there is a local market where you can purchase the freshest products and delicacies that Lisbon has to offer. At this distance there is also the garden of Praça das Flores filled with local shops, outdoor cafes, restaurants and bars.
In the garden of Principe Real, on Saturdays is organized a craft fair and it also has several small kiosks with terraces where you can enjoy a good cup of tea or simply relax in one of the benches in the garden while your children play in the playground. The apartment was palatial, with huge rooms. It was extremely clean and well equipped. Excellent accommodation for up to six people. The owner met us at the apartment on arrival and departure and showed us all the facilities. She was very helpful, letting us stay on after checkout until our departure time for the airport.
There were plenty of local restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance, and a small supermarket which was useful for buying provisions for breakfast.
This was certainly one of the most spacious and exquisite apartments I have stayed in. There were many beautiful pieces of furniture, and it is apparently registered as a national monument so has to be treated with care.
This beautifull appartment is amazing and comfortable for 3 couples.
The only issue we had was the quality of the plumbing that need some upgrade
Great staff, beautiful apartment in a very nice location.

We initially rented this apartment for 3 nights but loved it (and Lisbon) so much that we extended our stay for another two nights. The apartment is very large and beautifully decorated, in a restored eighteen century palacio. The owner is very kind and accommodating and the agency we booked through re were helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The area is great because it's near the centre but quiet and characterful. There are loads of little shops and antique places, and the Placa Flores nearby is a great place to sit drinking coffee, watching the world go by.

This apartment is spacious and decorated and furnished to a very high standard. It is in a restored family palazzo and the interiors are beautiful. The area is lovely: quiet but close to the centre. The agents were very professional and easy to communicate with and the owner who met us at the property and showed us round was very helpful and kind.
