About the property

Grade II listed house by the sea

Welcome to my beautiful 4 bedroom Grade II listed Town house, located in the very heart of Brighton and just a couple of minutes walk to the seafront.

I have had each bedroom designed and furnished with great detail. Spread over 4 floors and sleeping up to 20 guests, my property is great for large groups looking for a weekend away, or even for family gatherings.

With its convenient location, just minutes from the Brighton Centre and The Metropole, my house is the perfect place for conference bookings, birthday celebrations or hen weekends.

West Pier House is full of original features with cast iron fireplaces in most rooms, it is also very comfortable as well as quirky and full of retro touches. Each room has been decorated in a different palette of colours along with some interesting vintage accessories and furnishing.

Kitchen

Located on the lower ground floor, with its own access via stairs leading from the front of the building, the large kitchen will strike with its bright colour scheme, contemporary high gloss units and marble worktops. It has been fully equipped for all your needs- a double range cooker, two toasters, microwave, large fridge/freezer, a dish washer and a washing machine.

Dining Area:

Extendible dining table and benches will allow 20 of you to dine in during your stay. Whether just for a couple of drinks or for a formal sit-down meal, the kitchen/dining area will give you all the space you need to prepare cocktails or to cook up a feats. We can organise catering if you so wish, please ask for details.

A small outside area just off the kitchen is great for smokers.

Living Room

Ground floor bright and spacious living room designed with beautiful wallpaper and furniture. Pretty chandeliers, original fireplaces and plush furniture give a luxurious feel. There are 4 sofas, each of which converts into a sofa bed to sleep 4 additional guests. Wall mounted large flat screen TV, iPod docking station and wifi will keep you entertained.

Bedroom 1

First floor front bedroom with a pretty Juliet balcony accommodating 5 guests with the use of a triple bunk and a further single bunk bed. The bright walls and some vintage accessories make this room very pretty. There is a large wardrobe with some hanging space and drawers for your belongings.

Bedroom 2

To the rear of the house, the second bedroom on the first floor sleeps 4 guests in total with the use of a custom made bunk bed and a comfy double zip and link bed. The chocolate brown throws and golden cushions complement the golden feature wallpaper.

Bedroom 3

This second floor front bedroom is beautifully decorated in a palette of charcoal and cobalt. Plush headboards, matching colourful cushions and a signature feature wall with soft cream carpets give this room an opulent feel. A wardrobe and a chest of drawers have been added for all your belongings. There is also a vintage mirror and some pretty accessories to match the room's décor. This bedroom comprises of a single bunk bed and 3 single beds, accommodating five people in total.

Bedroom 4

Sleeping 2 on a double zip and link bed, this bedroom to the rear of the property has a stunning décor with bright turquoise walls, gorgeous ornaments, matching cushions and wall art.

Bathroom 1

Located off the kitchen/dining area, the bathroom houses a shower over the bathtub, two wash basins, each with a mirror above it and a WC. Fully tiled and also equipped with a large heated towel rail.

Ground floor bathroom with a large double shower, wash basin and WC.

WC

Separate WC on the top floor with washbasin and a vintage mirror above it.

Amazing property in the heart of Brighton

14 of us have just spent a wonderful weekend in this property for our friend's Hen weekend.

The property was amazing and just what we wanted. It was in the heart of everything in Brighton and right by the beach!

It offered plenty of room for us all with a very comfortable lounge and kitchen. The house was decorated to a high standard and was very clean throughout. All the necessary amenities were there. There wasn't anything which hadn't been thought of. Loved how we could park right near the property in a secure car park as well.

Emmanuelle was also very helpful with his quick email responses leading up to the weekend and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend this house for a large group. We loved it.

The house is lovely!! It was just perfect for the weekend. Super location, central to everything.

The house is beautiful. Full of character and well lifted out for your every need. There was 15 of us staying in the house, plenty of space and areas to escape. The beds were comfy (always nice) and the bedrooms clean and well decorated.

The contact with Emmanuelle and Andy was great, as soon as I had a query, it was answered straight away.

Loved our stay here and will most certainly be recommending and staying again.

Ideal Location

Even before I booked Andy and Emmanuelle were great at answering any questions I had and continued to provide helpful information up to the start of our stay.

The house itself is located very centrally and perfect for large groups. Inside the house was clean and it had everything that we needed, especially in terms of cooking facilities.

Would certainly stay here again.

AMAZING HOUSE!!!!

We stayed here for my Hen weekend the first weekend of March 2017, we were blown away by the houses beauty and location! There were 14 of us in total and the house never felt cramped or small! quite the opposite, always spaces to sit and loads of beds! Andy and Emmanuelle are great with their communication and our deposit was returned within a few days. I highly reccomend this house, we are already talking about returning next year :)

It is a fantastic location just by West Street for late night bars & clubs and close to Churchill Square shopping centre for all main shops. The Laines are 10 minutes away for a very Brighton independent shops experience!
