An architect-designed bright spacious and well presented one bedroom garden flat very conveniently located moments from all of Camden Town's amenities, 2 minutes walk from Camden Town tube & Camden Rd British Rail. The property comes with all mod cons: wifi, washing machine & drier, central heating, etc. Bedlinen & towels provided.

We do allow well-behaved quiet pets, and owners who clean up after them!

Smoking is allowed in the garden only.

Private parking space available at the front of the property upon request.

Easy access to the City & West End.

Guest Access

The entire flat is yours to enjoy, as well as the whole garden.

The Neighbourhood

Bang in the centre of Camden Town, for exploring its canal and market, restaurants and bars. Regents Park & Primrose Hill are both within walking distance too, as well a huge supermarket and all sorts of independent shops.

Getting around

2 minutes walk from Camden Town tube station & Camden Road British Rail straight to Richmond or Stratford. Numerous buses to the town center too.

Other Things to Note

Very centrally located in the heart of Camden Town, this is a lively urban neighbourhood. Trains lines are close to the house & therefore guests should be aware of nearby trains and associated noise.

Found a little gem here.bang in the middle of bustling Camden but you wouldn't know it sat in the back garden enjoying the sun.Everything you would require for a stay in a modern apartment but loaded with charachterfull features.Highly recommended.

Fantastic location - comfortable spacious apartment

Pretty much in the heart of bustling Camden Town this is just a stones throw from everything that Camden has to offer including the markets, venues and great pubs (would recommend the Hawley Arms - especially their Sunday lunch). Also a walk along the canal shows you a different, more tranquil side to London.

Though the apartment is in the heart of Camden it is surprisingly quiet - even on a Saturday night! It is also spacious, very clean and light and airy. It had everything we wanted for a few days in Camden. The decor is modern and also a bit quirky in places - making good use of some original looking features.

If you love Camden, as we do, I would highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely be back

Muy recomendable

Exactamente tal y como aparece en las fotografías. Aunque es el bajo de una casa de tres plantas, es super luminoso. Tiene una salida al jardín muy agradable y estaba todo muy limpio. La situación en Camden es perfecta. Está justo a espaldas del bullicioso Camden Market, con lo cual está al lado, pero sin que te moleste el ruido de la gente y las compras. Muy cerca hay un supermercado enorme y la línea de metro también super cerca. Por lo demás, qué os voy a contar sobre Camden... hay que descubrirlo... Gracias Andy, see you again!!!!!

Me and my two sisters stayed in this charming appartment fore three days , it whas 5 min Walk to the tube , the buss right outside the appartment and a big supermarket 3 min Walk away , we hade everything we could ask fore and more ,

Tired and musty

The location in Camden is very convenient to the Underground and buses. Camden Town is "colorful" with good restaurants and an interesting market. It felt relatively safe, but may not be for everyone. However the apartment is dark and has a musty, damp smell that the three plugin air fresheners cannot completely mask. Construction in the back of the outdoor area has limited the sun available and it is not an inviting place to be. The furnishings are very tired and need an upgrade. The pictures appear to have been taken some time ago. The kitchen is small and the utensils provided are barely sufficient to cook a simple breakfast which we only did one day. No coffee maker or dishwasher, though there is a washer and dryer. We considered leaving for a hotel but stuck it out since we did not spend a lot of time there and it was paid for.

Owner's Response: I am sorry Camden Town was not to your taste, and that you did not enjoy your stay in our property. The pictures were taken in May 2015 by a professional photographer so there are both accurate and current. Unfortunately August has been very wet, and as this is a basement property, there could have been a slight dampness which is certainly not present normally. The apartment is very bright and light, as the pictures show clearly. The kitchen may be small for some who are used to larger properties, but this is a central London property, and let as a holiday apartment so perfectly suitable as such. There is a cafetière /French press in the kitchen for making coffee, and plenty of utensils. This is a lovely spacious apartment extremely well located with outside space and private parking, and has been much appreciated by all of our guests for the past 18 months.

Super beliggenhed

Lejligheden ligger i charmerende Camden, tæt på bus og "tuben", bycykler og indkøbsmuligheder. Camden Market er lige i nærheden ligesom mange gode spisesteder til rimelige priser. Lejligheder er dejlig rummelig. Vi havde lidt problemer med TV' et, men alt andet fungerede godt. Eneste minus er at baghaven er fuldstændig tilgroet og mørk, så man har ikke lyst til at sidde udenfor, selv om vejret er godt. Indkørslen var desværre fuld af affald, så det trækker ned på det samlede indtryk.
