Lyarne - Quiet family cottage by the sea

Quiet seaside cottage located on a large landscaped lot, by the sea. Direct access to the beach, uncrowded.

Gîte in the right wing of the main building. Detached property in a protected marshland area (Natura 2000), directly by the sea, but just 2.5 km from the center and the SNCF station of the village of Moutiers-en-Retz (access by TER from Nantes) with shops Proximity. 20 minutes from the old port of Pornic and supermarkets.
Beautiful walks in the marsh and by the sea. Refuge for birds.
There is another gîte on the ground (Chalet 2 pers), and a caretaker's house at the entrance which will welcome you.

Très bien placé et intérieur agreable

Nous avons passé 3 jours à Pâques. Le gîte est spacieux pour 4. Les 2 sdb/wc sont très appréciables . Les lits un peu « souples » mais ça va. Merci pour les lits faits à notre arrivée . Cuisine bien équipée mais pas très propre . Environnement parfait avec accès direct au sentier côtier . Calme, et sérénité! (Pas de tv👍). Maison saine sans humidité. Accueil très sympa.

Appréciation de notre sejour

Gite très agréable situé dans une pinède avec accès à la plage direct....très calme....nous avons apprécié l'aide du voisin qui est très aimable et la venue du propriétaire a côté de notre gîte....personne charmante et très a l'écoute...le gîte est bien malgré le manque d'un téléviseur pour les soirées....site ostréicole a 300m les huîtres sont délicieuses.... Nous conseillons ce gîte pour des vacances au calme....

Superbe propriété

Nous avons visiter les Machines de l'île à Nantes . Nous sommes allés à St Nazaire , la Baule .pleins de balades le long du littoral. Restos sympas etc...
