The place was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We were unable to get into gate using code.
Dirty dishes, dirty mirrors and sink, used tissue in bedside table drawer. Stain on comforter. We were unable to open front gate with the code when we arrived at 1am. Thank goodness my 23 year old son was with us. He climbed the 8 foot gate to get us in. At no time during our 6 night stay were we able to open the gate using a code. It’s unfortunate because the place is cute and In a nice area. Comfortable beds. I notified the contact number the next morning and was asked to send photos. Obviously I cleaned the place upon arrival. Wasn’t going to sleep or wash up in a dirty apartment. No assistance or compensation was given.

We've changed the process of checking in so it'll be easier for our guests to get in.
Also, just want to let you know that we contacted our cleaning company upon receiving your report. The cleaning company sent photos of before and after cleaning and they're all good and with a time stamp. Rest assured, that we will continue to investigate the matter.
We also tied up with a new cleaning company to prevent any possible issues like yours from happening.
