Why CK chose Highland
Wake up in the heart of the action but, in a quiet neighborhood. Walk to Black Eye Coffee, Little Man Ice cream then dinner/Downtown view at Avanti. End the night for drinks at a speakeasy like Williams & Graham. Bike & scooter rentals are a 3-4 blocks away. ***Please note that we keep the cleaning fees low. Pay it forward by throwing away trash, taking off your shoes when entering and keeping the place clean.**** *** No smoking, parties or drugs***

Nice space in good neighborhood
Everything was as advertised and owner was very hospitable. No problems with noise or anything else. Great experience, would definitely stay here again.
Great location but inhospitable stay
QUIET TIME 8pm-8am for guests...but this does not apply to the owner's dog and child who will be click click clicking or running and yelling above your head on the wooden floors very early in the morning. If you're too hot or too cold...TOO BAD, you don't have a fan, you don't have a thermostat for the AC/Heat, no instruction for the guest on how to manage comfort level in the apartment. It's so very quiet in the apartment without a fan or a/c blowing so you hear everything above as well as the construction going on outside. We heard the stream of water running and gurgling in the walls 3 feet away from the head of the bed-i think we heard it everytime someone above flushed a toiletor ran the water. Lots of rules posted "no this" and "no that" to make you feel unwelcome. furniture is unsuitable for storing clothing or bathroom supplies or much of anything.
The projector casts onto a screen but the view is blocked by the center channel speaker sitting on an upright piano so not such a great experience watching.
Steer clear unless you are a traveler who will be up early and out of the unit most of the time.
The guest is retaliating against the fact that they ruined our property and got charged for it.
During their visit Jeff wrote:
“ Hi Carina,
Thank you so much for trying to bring ice cream! We drove all day yesterday and when we got here we got some yummy burgers at park highlands burgers then we came back and promptly fell asleep. Everything is great in the apartment.
Great Stay - Great Location
This was our first time staying in downtown Denver. The owner Carina, was very responsive, helpful, and even checked in on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was updated, clean, and provided all the necessary amenities and more! Walking distance to downtown and several highly recommended places made our stay even better. We would definitely recommend booking and we will book again if/when we return. Thanks for being so great!
