El patio de Doña Julia is an exclusive residential development located front line to Doña Julia golf course and only a few minutes drive to the Spanish village of Sabinillas and Puerto de la Duquesa with its sandy beaches

Beautiful two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms ... hydro bath and finished to a very high quality!

Our two bedroom luxury apartment in Doña Julia golf resort has outstanding views of the Mediterranean and Doña Julia golf course in Casares Costa. Just 10 minutes walk to the beach, breathtaking views, onsite pool and toddler pool, golf available, beautifully decorated and finished with marble.

The property is surrounded by landscaped gardens and swimming pools (one adult's and one children's) and is only a short walk to the beach and the Spanish village of Sabinillas with its many bars, restaurants and supermarkets

Please note in peak season I might not be able to offer bookings of less than 6 nights ... due to demand. Please contact me to confirm.

For a monthly booking or longer utilities are added. These are:

Internet £30 per month.

Water, gas, electricity £100 per month

We offer substantial discounts for monthly bookings - hence I have to charge for utilities to make sure my costs are covered.

Any additional ulility costs above £100 will be sent onwards and asked to be paid after your stay - due to excessive heating charges in the past!

Well where do we start when giving you a guide on lovely La Duquesa, and Casares!

Well La Duquesa and its very traditional marina, Puerto de la Duquesa is a good place! It really is a gem in the costa del sol, it has been unspoilt and doesn't hold the 'over the top' reputation like its other fellow marina's on the coast, such as Puerto Banus.

With blue flag beaches either side of the marina, and many many restaurants, wine bars and beach bars 'chiringitos' to choose from. But on top of this, Duquesa is a great all round area, it has the town of Sabanillas 2 minutes away in the car, It is within a few minutes buggy ride to some of the best golf courses on the entire costa del sol, including Finca Cortesin, Dona Julia, Valle Romano and the world famous Valderrama in Sotogrande, making it an ideal location for golfers.

Casares Beaches continued from Manilva beaches.

The town Of Estepona is an 8 minute car journey away, where you will find all the traditional old town, yet another marina. But the absolute cherry on the top of the cake in this area is by far Casares village, just 10 minutes up the mountain. It's what true Spanish life is all about. A quaint village with breath-taking views and a pretty little church as the centre piece of this idyllic haven really is very special. The village is located 10 km from the beach of Casares, up the Casares road, and the journey itself is short bust memorable. There are 4 seriously good local restaurants on this road, many that have been rated on XXXXXX some of the best in Andalucia, let alone the entire costa del sol! To name but a few for you foodies out there, check out Finca Garcia, Casares road, El Horno de la Miel Casares road and The Forge Casares road, they are without a doubt some of the best eateries you will have the pleasure of dining in whilst is Spain.

Casares Costa

Your closest shop is Lidl .. this is just down the road on the N 340 … a few minutes from the apartment. They have great produce, especially their fresh meat!

Casares

The town, up in the mountains, which gives its name to Marina de Casares. Drive up and see the whitewashed houses all clinging to the mountainside. Very pretty. (About 15 minutes).

Gibraltar (don't forget passports)

St Michael's caves, cable car, apes and duty-free shopping. Parking in Spain and walking through avoids possible long queues to get back over the border. Buses run into Gibraltar town from right outside Gibraltar airport (Half an hour away).

Ronda

A spectacular drive up the mountains. One of the oldest bullrings in Spain, open to the public with museum, some very old buildings, a magnificent deep gorge with an ancient bridge over it and plenty of places for tapas or more. (Around two hours).

Puerto Banus

A very expensive jet-set marina, with jet-setter boats to match. A fascinating place to people-watch. (Half an hour)

Marbella

Large town with some very exclusive shops. A pretty old town square. (About half an hour away).

Tivoli World

A funfair situated behind Benalmadena. (Just over half an hour).

Water Parks

There are two situated near the bypasses for Torremolinos (Around an hour).

Ceuta and Tangier, Morocco

Boats and hydrofoils leave from Algeciras and Gibraltar. Again, remember passports.

Benahavis

(Turn inland a few miles the other side of Estepona)

A small village up in the mountains with loads of restaurants, very reasonably priced. Good views from some, overlooking the valley. (About half an hour).

It was fabulous stay in superb appartment. With Marsha we were able to set all staying detailes before we came. Appartment exceeded our expectations in terms of living conditions as well as beautiful location.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette location . L appartement est très bien et très agréable . Il est confortable, grand et très propre . Nous avons profité de la terrasse qui est vraiment grande avec une vue sur la mer . La résidence est très calme . En résumé , une très belle location à conseiller .
