About this property

The villa "Paradise" offers a grand view of the Caribbean Sea and the Diamond Rock.
You can admire the sunset, the boats and the starry sky from the huge roof terrace and from the villa.
Its location is exceptional in the charming village of Sainte-Anne and entertainment (restaurants, shops ...).
You can walk to the beautiful white sand beach of the Club Med and the calm turquoise waters. The villa is quiet, some birds will visit you in the morning with the sun (hummingbirds, sugar).
There is also an always sunny colorful tropical garden with frangipani, bougainvillea, coconut, palm, citrus, banana, avocado ...
This is a ground floor house and independent.
Everything has been thought for you to spend a dream holiday, comfort is available (super king-size bed, traditional joinery, American fridge ...)
The villa has a double sea view: top, you will find a terrace with superb views of the Caribbean Sea with sun baths and teak table, the sunsets are amazing there!
The villa has mosquito nets on the windows of the rooms (although there are very few mosquitoes in the villa due to its ventilated location).

Very basic and over priced

This is a very, very basic house and not a place that is nice to hang around in. It is ill equipped and lacks most amenities, it is simply very un-cozy. The wind blows straight through the house and you could hear the neighbors talking as if they were in the bedroom through the night. We could not wait to leave from the minute we walked in, there was no way we could stay there for a week. We packed up and left as soon as we found another place to rent for the week.

Magnifique emplacement avec aucun vis à vis. Jardin avec de belles plantes tropicales (frangipaniers, caoutchouc,corosol,...) nettoyé juste avant notre arrivée Nous avons bien profité de la villa au charme d'antan et de la vue malgré certains équipements un peu vetustes.

Une villa magnifique avec une vue mer superbe !!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la villa Le Paradis ! Parfaitement située à quelques pas de la plage et des magasins, la villa est très bien équipée et offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. La décoration est de très bon goût, tout en bois exotique et nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux. Tout y était : l'emplacement tout d'abord, tout proche de la mer, des plages calmes et des commerces (tout accessible à pied du coup nous n'avons pas eu besoin de voiture : génial) avec une vue sur la mer des Caraïbes et sur le rocher du Diamant à couper le souffle. La maison ensuite, calme et très agréable à vivre. On a trouvé la maison ainsi que son jardin, dans un état impeccable de propreté, et avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires à une utilisation facile et agréable. Cela fait plusieurs années que nous allons en Martinique dans diverses villas sans jamais trouver la maison qui nous donnait envie d'y revenir. Mais c'est enfin du passé, car nous avons enfin trouvé ce qu'on cherchait depuis longtemps : une villa dans laquelle on se sent clairement comme "à la maison" et qui nous donne envie de relouer chaque année ! Mention spéciale pour le restaurant PAILLE COCO qui se trouve juste à quelques pas : cadre idyllique et excellents cocktails ! Encore merci pour tout ! Nous vous recommandons vivement ce lieu magique.

maison tres tres bien placee (resto,bars,boulangerie,services tout à pied),spacieuse. je rajoute cependant un Mais : il faudrait un bon rafraîchissement de la maison : peinture qui saute, portes ne ferment pas, pas très propre, meubles vieillots et mal en point.. c'est vraiment dommage d'avoir une maison avec un si grand potentiel non utilisé!

Séjour fabuleux, vue mer grandiose

Encore merci à Isabelle pour ce magnifique séjour. L'emplacement de la maison est vraiment exceptionnel. C'est fantastique de pouvoir aller à pied partout, surtout quand on est retraité comme nous. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir aller à la plage pointe marin et du Club-Med à pied depuis la maison. Ces plages sont superbes, comme un lagon, et sans vagues. Nous ne regrettons vraiment pas une fois de plus d'être venus en septembre en Martinique car l'eau de la mer est très chaude à cette saison et il n'y a pas trop de pluie et aucun moustique. Le logement correspond exactement à la description. En plus il y a un jardin avec de beaux colibris. Les fauteuils et le canapé relax sont un grand plus ainsi que le grand lit King size et le réfrigérateur américain pour les glaçons. Juste une remarque : peut-être prévoir un ou deux transats de plus sur la terrasse pour le soir et pour être tatillon un étendoir de plus pour pendre le linge. Nous avons apprécié les couchers de soleil sur la mer depuis la terrasse et l'absence de vent. Que de bons souvenirs et de belles photos. Nous reviendrons avec nos enfants et petits-enfants. Hâte de revenir !
